Of course they will. They MUST raise the ceiling. It is a matter of what concessions and spending cuts they get in return for doing so.

There was never even a question of whether the ceiling would be raised.

Bachman did a good job on FTN, IMHO.

The old codger asked the flake question differently by quoting a website "which won a Pulitzer" about her statement on O only approving 1 drilling operation, when he had approved 270-300, she corrected him that only 1 rig actual drilling has been approved by O. The old Shaver had to editorialize after her answer that he didnt think she answered his question.

He just had to set the world straight after she knocked his hero off this perch.

Either one of them will beat Odumbo. Has anybody asked Dingbat Pelosi if she’s flaky?

“Bachmann: “I.. I.. I.. I.. I.. “
(No mention against RomneyCARE or Romney)

Wallace (RomneyBOT Romney-defender):
“Are you suggesting that Romney is not sincere?”
(Bachmann avoids comment.)”

MB gives great, rousing speeches when she’s preaching to the choir. Keeping cool in hostile interviews? Not so much.

I loved how Christie handled D. Gregory (who was getting noticeably irritated). Other than budget and standing up to the unions, I’m not a CC fan but he does deal with his enemies (media/lefties) well.

Missed the first 10 Minutes of FNC MB interview, am assuming that Chris did not mention the name Sarah Palin to her. I had emailed a list of questions to Wallace for MB, but it appears he did not ask them.

Now the De Reg poll that was mentioned is a joke. Does anybody really believe that Romney is going to all of a sudden re evaluate Iowa because of this poll, of coarse NOT!

The poll is a joke, just the fact that Gov Palin is out of it is showing the bias, but even aside from that, it pushes Romney and MB. We all know that they are pushing MB because of the pollsters opinion of Sarah Palin, nothing more! All the Rep Est/MSM are doing the same, push MB ,all of a sudden drop Palin from the polling.

Saw the entire interview with Bachmann on Face the Nation, he also never mentioned the name Sarah Palin(the elephant in the room).

I thought the Chris Matthews clip of him attacking MB viciously from several years ago was very telling. Matthews hated MB then, but now she is his girl, she is so real he says today, and now he loves her.

It`s only because they hate/fear Sarah that they are pushing MB, so to the MB supporters here, I hope you sleep well at night knowing your allies are MSNBC Matthews/Maddow and the NY Times, I am embarrassed for all of you.

Bachmann thinks we need to stop limos before we deal with farm subsidies. Would really not answer the question about subsidies, opening for Gov Palin here.

Also I understand MB has now raised 23 foster children, that was the exact language I heard on CBS. Charity should be in secret, I could list off all my charitable giving, assuming I have any, and it would come across as pretty obnoxious I would think.

Great that she fosters children, ABSOLUTELY!! Was nice of her family to do that, especially when you think what the cost must have been. I mean it must cost a lot to raise 23 foster children, I would think the grocery bill alone would be something, not to mention back to school clothes every year, dental appointments, and finally college tuition.

So good for her!

Ann is pandering so the leftist media will give her plenty of air time to sell her books. She is in fact whoring her conservative creds. Sadly, Coulter fans don’t want to admit that reality.

So as long as the state is paying her [Bachmann] husband’s business for ‘training’ that’s okay?

She went on to explain that having those people gone to be trained took hours away from the clinic, so the business didn't really get any advantage from the govt money (or something like that)

That's a pretty lame response, IMO. In her defense, though, I doubt the $30K is much compared to how other congressmen/women have taken advantage of govt programs in their personal businesses.

A far better question for Pelosi:

“Are you really a Corrupt, Unprincipled, Lying, Treasonous Swine all on your own volition, or is that just a part of the New Oath to the DNC?”

You are wrong—it is politically smart to overreact and show wrathful umbrage at even minor attacks on ones candidate.
It is not a sign of weakness—it is a sign of strength in that YOU keep the opposition on the defensive.
The Clinton War Room changed the political attack/defend strategy forever--fighting back may not be being "tough" to you but being a durable punching bag is no way to win.
Even though the enemy fired first, your bullet reaches him by the time his arrow hits you.

Exerted from Business Insider

Chris Christie spoke on Meet the Press this morning about the debt ceiling and reducing the national debt.

He said that’s up to the guys in Washington.

However in response to a question about how the issue of the debt ceiling is being dealt with in Washington — where negotioations are pretty much at a stalemate right now as Republicans insist that budget cuts and possibly tax cuts must be tied to an agreement to raise the debt ceiling, and Democrats are hesitant to make spending cuts that they say might stem economic growth — Christie said, “Let’s get to the table and decide” how to cut the budget.

He told David Gregory that leaders in Washington need to “make the determinations” necessary to get to an agreement about the debt ceiling, but if you’re not going to have significant debt reduction, “this country is careening” to a debt crisis.

Asked if he was concerned about the country defaulting on its debt, he said, “If the President and these guys lead, we’re never going to get to the point [where we default on our debt].”

He also commented on President Obama’s decision to release oil from the strategic reserve.

“I’m concerned about that - I think that strategic reserves are for strategic purposes, not for political purposes.”

He said he isn’t sure if it’s a political move, but if it looks like it is, it undermines the positive effects of the release of oil.

On a lighter note, he was wearing a pink tie and when Gregory asked, would you appear on the ticket, possibly as a Vice President? (People have suggested that Christie might run with Jeb Bush.) Christie said, “Whoever would put me as their VP would have to be sedated.”

The state provides monthly funds per each foster child. Don’t know if MB was receiving those funds, but ten or so at a time can amount to a sizeable stipend!

Do you mean this Ann Coulter?

http://www.anncoulter.com/cgi-local/article.cgi?article=230

From this article, The candidate Republicans should be clamoring for is the one liberals are feverishly denouncing., and, It's also possible that Romney will turn out to be a conservative Republican.

Coulter's own words contradict Coulter as a Conservative. But, like you indicated, she wants to continue making appearances on MSM programming. It doesn't hurt her in selling her books.

Because Michele’s learned how to deal with A-holes. She’s dealt with enough of them in Congress everyday. After 5 years, it gets to be nothing.

So Palin supporters are “flaky?”

Now I know you are not just another bad writer given to verbose pedestrian prose. You are also severely benighted when it comes to judging character.
