Wallace is an utter POS. I wrote him an email lambasting him for his pathetic interview of MB. He’s just now admitting that he was hard on her because he f*cked up with Jon Stewart and said Fox tells the OTHER side instead of saying Fox tells the ‘whole’ story!!! OMG He just stated that’s why he was hard on her!!!! holy crap.
And for his info, stewart is basically saying wallace does a crappy job if we’re all ill informed!

Of course they will. When Tuesday rolls around they will descend on Pella like Locusts. The media is socialist in its orientation and sympathies, but is impelled, or driven, by a capitalistic engine called RATINGS. Sarah Palin has her foot on that pedal. If she touches it ever so slightly, the media, lamestream and otherwise, runs to her faster than lap dogs at the iditarod.
The Lametream media can keep up this charade, with the phony polls excluding her, as their own little way of “punishing” her. And when she shows up, they salivate on cue like a bunch of Pavlovian puppies. After she announces and telescopes the entire field, checkmating the lot of them(including the MSM), they will—to a man—claim that they knew all along that she was running.
What a pathetic bunch of losers the Establishment, their stalking horses and their media hounds are. Their “Bastille” is about to be breached, not by the Jacobins, but by the peasants with pitchforks embodied by the TEA party. These peasants are not a leaderless mob, however,which is the Establishment’s last, best hope to stop them. They are led by a 21st Century political equivalent of Napoleon, whom the Establishment has tired to destroy on numerous occasions but who has vanquished it repeatedly. As she now reaches for the levers of power, with which to decapitate it, drawing closer and closer to the Bastille, what is the Establishment’s strategy? To sit in Versailles eating bon bons, pretending it is not she, but one of the Establishment’s own agents, who will lead the peasant mob.

Where would you have put those "surpluses" other than in interest bearing T-bills? SS is a pay as you go system. It is also a Ponzi scheme. The people at the bottom of the pyramid are paying for the benefits of those at the top.

SS is failing along with Medicare because they are structurally unsustainable. It really doesn't matter where the "surplus" went, but rather, that the numbers just don't work in terms of revenue and benefits. Together, both programs represent an unfunded liability of close to $60 trillion over a 75 year period. The welfare state doesn't work as we are seeing now in Greece and the rest of Europe.

The recent poll showing Bachmann catching Mitt Rino after one debate proves one thing, he ain’t getting the nomination. The people are looking for someone else who will hammer the golden boy. Palin is waiting in the weeds and in her case later is better.

I don’t usually watch MTP, wish the audio and video were not out of sync. It’s distracting, but I dunno if that’s NBC or my cable co.
I guess I don’t get why it’s strange that an Iowa poll is only including those who have declared. This isn’t a national poll. All the national polls I’ve seen, except for maybe the latest Rasmussen, have included Palin, Perry, Giuliani, etc.
Clearly Chris is trying to trip her up. And why am I not surprised he’s using gay marriage to do so.
what a horrible interview by Wallace. For anyone who thinks the MSM is in the tank for Bachmann, did Wallace ever ask Palin is she was flaky?
And I thought going on FNS would be better for her than MTP or This Week. Guess Wallace was trying to outdo David Gregory.
Just did a quick search on twitter and even people who don’t like Bachmann are outraged by that question.
You’re doing yeoman’s work explaining the situation with SS and Medicare over and over again. It’s an evil part of these systems that people are convinced they’re not what they are.
Wallace gets only a limited amount of time with Bachmann and he chooses to spend most of it on gay marriage. What a joke.
