The same relevance as a poll that came out 10 years ago to who the best golfer in the world was and Tiger Woods was not part of the mix.
The more the liberals talk down the Republican potential candidates, the more it sounds like Obama is unstoppable. I guess getting unemployment back down to 9.1% and gas prices back down to the $4.00 a gallon range is considered miracles in the faculty lounges all across the country.
Interesting that a number of pollsters are now resorting to including only those who have declared they are running. Clearly they hope and pray the field is set in concrete as of now. Good luck with that pollsters, as I don’t believe for a second it is set.
Beware of early polls;

I saw that graphic in another thread yesterday.
Is that Romney to the right of Palin? He looks like ayoung Red Buttons.
And the media Bachmann-plumping continues.
I’ll give them another 48 hours until they are forced to deal with a changed narrative.
There are still six possible big name potential candidates surveying a run.
This entire field may change dramatically in the next two months.
I wonder how many "panelists" will mention this fact today? Let's watch for omission or discussion.
In my opinion, the purpose of most polls is to FORM public opinion, not measure it. The public is quite "herdable." Most people are wired to "vote for the one that can win."
A poll is (after you correct your spelling) a long, straight, fairly rigid object commonly used to suspend wires or other devices off the ground or surrounding water.
If you insist on the “poll” as correct spelling, I won’t bother with a definition.
It simply doesn’t have any real function, unless you consider propaganda to be real world.
Morning AB, All,
Thank you so much, AB, for doing this thread regularly like the sun rises in the morn. Greetings all, hope life is finding you well and hale.
Today is my birthday so I accept your good wishes in advance. You may send them individually but I won’t take offense should Dave Gregory get you so enraptured all else leaves yon mind.
Got a good Delaware story, later. You’re gonna love it, if nothing else, the GOP Blue Bloods hate it.
Got a good writing job for myself. I’ll go into that later in the thread where I shall regale with tales of retirement, jobs, property tax discounts and waging how much money to make to make it worth it.
For now, it would seem a new Sussex GOP has been voted upon .good guy. Name is Glen Urquhart. Maybe the name rings a bill, probably not I understand. Glen is the fellow who ran to fill Mike Castle’s seat in the House when he vacated it to run for Senate. Christine O’Donnell ran against Castle for that seat and beat him in the primary. Glen and Christine campaigned together and the political wind of mighty Sussex has changed. Nominated Lewes Del for a visit by Rush’s “Two for Tea”, btw .told him Sussex county is the greatest conservative place on the planet to live no mind Wilmingdelphia.
So first thing the new Chair and his board did, heh, was pass resolutions called ”sense of the party”.
Well I love it.
What they do, they create the feeling of the party on a particular bill up in the Delaware senate (they’d do this national too only no Repubs in the national law houses). So the bill up to allow very dumb manufactured home owners to demand that the landlords do not get to raise their land rates if their net profit is over a certain amount.
In some parts of the world they call this communism.
Anyway, the Republican party in Sussex county takes a stand on these sorts of issues and sends them up to the Republican legiislators. Legislators that the PARTY helped elect, go on. This so they can’t say, eh, they didn’t know.
We’ve been stung enough by Mike Castle coming to Sussex county demanding we vote for him then going back and voting with the Dems, ya think?
Well the Blue Blood GOP is all in a snit over this. “It’s not fair to put the burden of petty party politics on the legislator who has to deal with the opposition party and other factors,” they sniff.
Hey, I think it’s a great idea.
Wish us luck .the Republican party should do this across the fruited plains.
I’ll end for now with my assertion, truly believed, that every Republican who voted for that NY same sex nonsense should be kicked out of the party.
Yeah, the new rule was legislatively introduced, better than the court doing it, I know this. But if a Republican is not going to vote to save the definition of marriage .
.THEN THEY ARE A DAMN DEMOCRAT!
Kick them out and let them be one.
I predict the “panelists” will ignore Pella and pretend her visit is not happening and is of no consequence whatsover.
Many of us share that opinion...
Agree.
Michelle Bachmann up.
New Iowa Poll, second after Romney. Born in Iowa.
Rhetorical question: why do Republicans get an anal exam when they talk to Chris Wallace, and Democrats don’t?
This interview of Bachmann is just vicious!
Wallace tries to get her to criticize Romney.
Wallace clearing throat a lot asking Bachmann about earmarks and her status as a deficit hawk.
Questions about training money for employees at her husband’s clinic...subsidies for her father-in-law’s farm.
“So you’re pro-earmark?”
Wallace asking her about repealing Obamacare. Asking about Ryan budget taking away half a trillion dollars away from Medicare.
