Police Blotter: Woman Reports Assault
The following information was gathered from the public safety departments of the Grosse Pointes. Arrests do not indicate conviction.
A 57-year-old Grosse Pointe Farms woman reported being assaulted by a man she previously had sex with after he returned to her house on another day asking to have sex again.
The woman reported the assault June 21 about 11:40 p.m., about half an hour after her husband found out about the assault. Detectives took pictures of the woman's arms, chest, legs and back.
The assault happened days earlier. The woman told police she had sex with the man while he was doing work at her house and he returned several days later requesting to have sex again but she declined and he assaulted her.
The woman did not have the name of the man or much identifying information for police, according to a report.

can’t trust a 57 year old woman I guess. lol
If I were her husband, divorce court would be the next place we would meet.

Ought to create a Czar position for these issues.
Is there more to the story? This woman just happens to have sex with a random man, who is hired help to do work around the house?
Does she do that with hired help all the time?
Did he feel that the two of them had a relationship going, which is why he came back?
Did he enjoy the sex, so he couldn’t stay away from her?
Was she really having a long term affair, but told hubby it was an assault so hubby won’t get mad at her?
There’s too many unanswered questions. But I think they have marital issues to discuss now also.

Considering the VAST majority of Domestic Violence is committed by women, and considering the police would have been all over the husband anyway (that’s the way it’s done), there is no reason to come to the conclusion that the husband did anything.
If he’s that easy (I know the type), that she doesn’t even know her co-adulterer’s name, then I agree the husband should “drop her like she’s hot.”
Definitely some explaining to do there. It seems like a crashed and burned relationship no matter what bull she comes up with, if she can talk her way out of this she should get a sales award.
They didn’t change the definition, lol, they just expanded their horizons. They’re still all those other things too.
