Liberal friend:OK..she did a good job in Alaska, but can she run all 57 states???

Just talked with a good friend of mine, but sadly very liberal -- seems irreversible -- told her about the great reviews for The Undefeated, Sarah Palin documentary - her record in Alaska - and I tried to explain to her that she should at least get informed about Sarah before calling her the wilderness barbie.

She then said: OK so she did a great job in Alaska, but is she able to run all US states (in all fairness, she did not say 57..). These people have an answer for everything..darn! What would you say to that - besides telling her that she voted for the one who had so much experience..? I need help here with my liberal friends.

As for those you have to work with, don’t communicate with them unless it is 100% work related. Ignore them at all other times. Don’t say hello, don’t make small talk, nothing.

Actually put that into practice at work, and don't be surprised if you find yourself on the receiving end of poor evaluations, with comments like "Sabotages morale" and watch your more gregarious colleges get the promotions you aren't getting. In short, that's piss poor advice.

I have thirty acres and on those acres three old, 80 plus years, coal mines. So if any one needs some place to hide those pesky bodies.

Your probably right in that liberals are indeed emotional “thinkers” and as such need to be dealt with in that way. A little like children.

Reason needs to be put in emotional terms that they can understand.

Remind her that Clinton had only been Governor of Arkansas when he was elected and then ask her what she thought of how he ran the country.

Palin is more conservative and less likely to cave in to the establishment in Washington.

Perry's conservatism is a politician's conservatism in a conservative state. He is a conservative politician, not a conservative.

You really made something very clear there.

I would say that running a state the size of Alaska - and dealing with the oil barons, cutting them down to size, and having the highest security clearance of any other governor due to the closeness of Russia - just 3 miles off the coast (You CAN see Russia from Alaska) - is a heckava lot more experience than a junior senator from Illinois who voted ‘present’ more than yes or no on bills.

That's not even mentioning all her other EXECUTIVE experience prior to becoming governor, also an EXECUTIVE job -

PRESIDENT is an EXECUTIVE job.

I have a self imposed ban from Palin threads. Check out the Perry threads if you’re interested in measuring large scale performances

You're self discipline switch off?

If you have self-imposed yourself to stay off Palin threads- then what are you doing here?

Feel free to leave.

LOL - and don't forget the ridiculous head bob and palm out thing that accompanies that.

Gosh, it must take so much talent to be cool like that. :)

Yes! That's the *extreme* talent of the younger generations as they give a rising inflection on the end of their words.

Give her the best answer: Sarah is FAR more qualified than Obama was elected. The fact that Obama had NO executive experience (not even so much as president of a PTO) didn’t seem to matter to liberals three years ago.

“He hasn’t even announced. LOL “ ====

Miss me yet?

Whew! I thought for a minute Rick was running. What with actually hiring a team, dispatching to Iowa his exploration team, rounding up money, and making appearances on the campaign trail. Running means being like Sarah, you mean. You know, doing not a damn thing but eating cake.

Your friend probably had or knows someone who had an abortion. This leads to all sort of rationalizing to vote against a GOPer. To do otherwise is to admit that they did something bad or someone they love did something bad. Palin is a reminder of their sin.

Nope, sorry. That’s where the part about bosses and finding better employment come in. There is also the spirit of entrepreneurialism.

If you have to make yourself miserable at work kissing liberal tush and lying to yourself in order to keep your job, then change your situation rather than give in to liberal BS. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness come to mind.

There is also the concept of doing your actual job well. That still counts for something in many places and most often inoculates you against liberal hurt feelings. Most often libs are just there to collect a paycheck. Been down this road. I kept the job for years after the libs left.

Piss poor advice...that works.

To: I see my hands

Civil wars are raging in families across America. Liberalism is a mental disorder brought on by attendance at most of America’s universities, reading the New York and Los Angeles Times and listening to National Public Radio. So far no cure has been found for those whose brains have been snatched. Thinking has been replaced with the parroting of verbatim phrases.
