As for those you have to work with, don’t communicate with them unless it is 100% work related. Ignore them at all other times. Don’t say hello, don’t make small talk, nothing.

Actually put that into practice at work, and don't be surprised if you find yourself on the receiving end of poor evaluations, with comments like "Sabotages morale" and watch your more gregarious colleges get the promotions you aren't getting. In short, that's piss poor advice.

Nope, sorry. That’s where the part about bosses and finding better employment come in. There is also the spirit of entrepreneurialism.

If you have to make yourself miserable at work kissing liberal tush and lying to yourself in order to keep your job, then change your situation rather than give in to liberal BS. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness come to mind.

There is also the concept of doing your actual job well. That still counts for something in many places and most often inoculates you against liberal hurt feelings. Most often libs are just there to collect a paycheck. Been down this road. I kept the job for years after the libs left.

Piss poor advice...that works.
