Mayor Tom Richards released a statement Wednesday afternoon, which says he has seen the video of Emily Good's arrest last month. Good was arrested while she was videotaping police conducting a traffic stop in front of her home.
The video has been posted on YouTube.
Good was charged with obstruction of governmental administration.

In a joint statement from the mayor’s office, the police chief, and the city council president, all three city leaders say they see no purpose in pursuing the charge.
“We believe that the incident that led to Ms. Good’s arrest and the subsequent ticketing for parking violations of vehicles belonging to members of an organization associated with Ms. Good raise issues with respect to the conduct of Rochester Police Officers that require an internal review. A review into both matters has been initiated,” the statement reads.
That hada hurt!
Hopefully those responsible, and/or those that can make the necessary changes, PERSONALLY feel the hurt of this lawsuit.

Two people in two years? They seem to be running behind just about county sheriffs department in Florida.
“She was looking for trouble.”
I saw the woman on CNN over the weekend.
She says that she started filming because she was concerned about racial profiling from LEO’s in Rochester.
I hate to stereotype - but the words coming out of this woman’s mouth sounded like what you’d here from a white inner-city liberal.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure she’s that. But the fact I don’t like her politics doesn’t mean I think the cops should arrest someone for videotaping them.
