SAN YSIDRO — A Border Patrol agent shot and killed a man who was trying to enter the country from Mexico Tuesday night during a fight that left another agent injured.
The agent spotted three men who were crossing at the border fence just before 7:30 p.m. and called for assistance, San Diego police homicide Lt. Ernie Herbert said.
Border Patrol Agent Michael Jimenez said the location was 1.6 miles west of the San Ysidro Port of Entry.

hmmm. Ok. And the problem is? I don’t understand why they don’t shoot on site anyway. That would take care of the problem. I read further in the article that (of course) an investigation is underway, Mexico “energetically condemns the shooting” and that lawsuits for excessive force are underway. What the....? Shoot them! They are ILLEGAL and they want to kill our agents. What is the problem? Have we lost our collective minds?

Why is he involved?
Holder will probably try to charge him with a crime.
If this rock thrower uttered the password “I vote Democrat” and was still shot, this agent is toast.
The man was not shot for trespassing.
The man was shot for hurling large rocks and pieces of wood at a federal agent, striking one agent in the head with a thrown object.
Will Holder ask for life with no parole?
If there is a Civil War, the Left will side with the Mexicans, like they side with radical Islam and everyone else who hates Christianity and America.
Only one? Someone give that man a full auto street sweeper.
1. Throw rocks and lumber at law enforcement agents who are armed and arresting someone.
If there 999 more, the flow of human sewage and detritus will slow drastically.

Lets hope the Mr. Sutton, the attorney down in Texas isn’t on the case...Otherwise there will be some border patrol officers going to prison.
Since the left and government at all levels already do, I'd say it's kinda late for that.
Sutton works in/for the Western District of Texas, though he’s probably submitting his request for transfer as I write.
