I love Facebook! It has been a great way to get back in touch with old friends and relatives! I guess it’s all in the way you use it.

When 90% of the population is on it, it’s has to peak at some point. You’ll always have your 10%

The simple answer is that Face Book has a problem. A more complex answer is that people facing bankruptcy or home foreclosure are cutting their expenses to the bone ~ which includes NO CABLE TV, NO HIGHSPEED INTERNET, NO LANDLINE TELEPHONE ~ just the basics ~ a cheap cellphone deal from WalMart.
I don't see any room for hooking up Face Book in that.

I am no fan of it, but why do you think it is destructive?

FaceBook jumped the shark sometime in 2010 but it still will have it’s uses, especially for future president Palin.

Can’t stand FB. Don’t have an account. Don’t want an account. Am doing fine without an account. No needs to know what I had for breakfast and I don’t give a rat’s rear what flavor Starbucks they picked up this morning.

I think Facebook will get a new boost of popularity once their tablet-based app arrives--first for the iPad and a little later for tablets running Android 3.1, the updated version of Honeycomb.

I’ve been cautious with FB, but their obvious data mining is becoming blatant. In the last few weeks, I keep getting friend suggestions for people whom I ONLY know professionally. How deep is the mining to put those suggestions together.

I can't stand facebook..............we grudgingly joined because that is where the grandkids pictures are.
The program, to me is slow and cluncky.
I would be happy if they just sent them by email.

Once you get half the country it’s hard to keep climbing. And it’s no more destructive a tool than any other website.

I don’t know whether they’re peaking—but they’ve sure been peeking.
