What was the final event that sprang upon Anthony Weiner his Epiphany: his days were over as a US House of Representatives E-flasher of unsuspecting American girls? When did the fog of surrealism finally clear from his twisted, addle pated, twisted--did I once already say, “twisted”? True that, ‘twas twice twisted-- brain? ...
Were the Democrats first to see the light with sufficient clarity to turn up sufficient heat on their serially misogynistic comrade? They had hinted, they had cajoled, they had threatened to remove him from coveted committee assignments, and they had even demanded his resignation, to no avail. They had called out the Cavalry--the President of the United States of America--who managed enough courage to proffer, ever so haltingly timid, what He would do in Weiner’s situation. Still, with the single-mindedness of an obsessive-compulsive, Weiner held fast against a swelling, and really BAD, publicity.
Was his course of action slowed a bit by appeals of his “friends” to think of his poor pregnant newly wed wife, who, lately, came to mind with growing frequency, as he stood before those network TV cameras? Not a bit. Nope.
A growing din of public outrage, directly proportional to the increasing numbers of forthcoming victims, who had said, ”He E-assaulted me, also”, was surpassed by the volume of a feigned offense from the Fourth Estate. Contrary to their assertions, they were offended, not because he had lied to them. Knowing how willingly they had failed to ask the penetrating questions until Weiner’s perjuries had become so painfully obvious, we are wont to believe it was the result of the total embarrassment showered on their heads by their hated critic, Andrew Breitbart. Where is media demand for a public official’s emails when you really need it? Pre-occupied in Juneau? Andrew, the Lion-heart, Breitbart alone had, boldly and with proof, exposed the lies, demanded apologies and public vindication for the very perjured testimony this lazy, Drive-by Media itself had limply facilitated. Even that is not the final blow that put this digitized flasher on the canvas for the count.
It was an unlikely heroine who stood before the world’s cameras and accused a US Representative of suborning perjury, whereupon he within a matter of hours tapped out. With the infamous lawyer, Gloria Allred, at her side, it was a inglorious Porn star who flattened the pervert. Visions, no doubt, dancing in his formerly grandiose imagination, of serial lawsuits, investigations, subpoenas, courtrooms, et al, ad nauseum, mining dry his millions of PAC fund monies and personal wealth, Anthony Weiner withdrew, KOed by a PORN STAR.
I suspect much more is there.........

The real reason probably has something to do with the probability that Andrew Breitbart is not the only one to have pictures that could finish a man forever.

For Liberals, getting caught with a disgracfeul weiner compulsion is a resume enhancer. We live in the era of the mindless fools’ reality TV. There seems to be a salivating market for all salacious celebrities, which is what he has now “accomplished.”

Earlier today I heard on Fox that he hasn’t actually turned in his resignation letter. And after doing a search for information just now, I still can’t find any news saying that he has. Guess he’s taking his own sweet time.
I thought this commentary, while definitely dramatic, befitted a nerd known for his over-dramatized life and political methodology. That is part of the irony of it all.
He may or may not get a TV show of his own, but it is highly unlikely that he will be back on the floor of the US House of Representatives. The lesson will not be lost on other would-be lechers, who would have otherwise thought themselves invincible.
Fox reported first, and Roll Call confirmed...He has not officially resigned and will not do so before next week “AT THE EARLIEST.”
In a sane world, this would not be news, but with corrupt Alinsky/Marxist Dems, it’s never over til it’s over.
How is it that Porn Star has lost it’s shame???? What she does is even worse than what Wiener did!
