Just happened, very strange! Wolf Blitzer Interview with Michele Bachmann. Blitzer asked Bachmann 5 times do you agree with Tim Pawlenty that Mitt romney is disqualified from being the Republican nominee for president because he supports mandated healthcare.?
She kept responding that she's against obamacare/mandates. Blitzer tried again to pin down some kind of answer. She evaded the question at every turn, didn't want to touch it and finally a frustrated Blitzer then says, "You obviously don't want to answer the question?"
I know people say that nominees shouldn't attack other nominees yet but if not now, when? because Romney is trying to create the "inevitability" card so that momentum carries him eventually to a plurality of the votes on the primaries.
As long as she’s also not saying we all have to pay for the idiots who don’t wear helmets and bust their heads open, I’m all for not having nanny state laws.
Problem is we all will if they can’t pay because hospitals are required to take care of them and ifthey can’t pay we all end up paying for it. We need people to accept negative consequences without sticking the bill to the rest of us, when it comes to personal decisions they voluntarily make all on their own.

Far more time and effort has been spent on FR, a conservative site, badmouthing with pure speculation and total hate, a declared conservative candidate, Michele Bachmann, than has been spent going after the marxist Barack Obama today. Sad, isn’t it?

first, People here have been going after Obama since BEFORE 2008. saying here, what people in the MSM wouldn’t. i did research. i know about his being with the “New Party” in Chicago, and much more. and i was busy TELLING people that in 2008.
second, that is a cheap shot, and totally unfair.
NOBODY here on FR said a SINGLE bad word about Bachmann, until after SHE made the executive decision to hire Rollins.
a man who had repeatedly attacked Palin, for many months.
yet Bachmann HIRED him.
and AFTER he was hired, he CONTINUED to attack Palin,
INSTEAD OF THE RHINO FRONTRUNNER ROMNEY.
...and Bachmann didn’t even REBUKE him, let alone fire him.
...and Rollins even slammed Palin again, in his “apology”.
yet Bachmann can’t even bring herself to criticise Romneycare? When Romney is the RHINO frontrunner that a TRUE conservative SHOULD attack ???
if Palin didn’t run, Bachmann USED to be my 2nd choice.
NOW i vote for Cain. a man i am liking more and more.
a man who clearly has no interest in personal power, and deeply loves his country.
a man who is getting ATTACKED by the left, while the left, like the Brookings Institute, is PRAISING Bachmann...

No congress person has been elected President since 1880. This just doesn’t happen, either.
In the second year, the Democrats in the MA legislature decided that EVERYONE should have drug coverage, so they made it mandatory. Now the State agency that handles insurance told us that there were some companies that sold insurance without the meds coverage, but I called every single one of them, and NONE offered such coverage. They all said they were not allowed to, by law!
So the Democrat nanny staters decided they knew better, and it cost every family who had bought insurance an additional $3000-6000 every year, before any drugs have even been purchased! It's ridiculous!
i’m still waiting for my car insurance premium to go down. which they told me would happen 10 years ago if the state passed a seatbel law. So far my premiums haven’t, my frreedom was taken away and now I’m subjected to stops and harassment from law. we all pay it’s just a matter in what coin do we pay. Is it money or freedom we pay.
but yeah I have no problem with not paying for the idiots if they are stupid enoough to not wear a helmet and not carry insurance. personal responsibility frredom and liberty.
Those seatbelt laws had nothing to do with premiums going down, if they told you that they lied to your face.
It was a federal mandate for highway funds.
What people are not taught about rights is that there are responsibilities that go along with those rights. True freedom is the freedom to screw up, but not to expect the rest of us to bail you out when things go wrong for you. We don’t get anything from people when they personally profit (ie we can’t morally claim they owe us money when their personal investments do well) so they can’t come to us and claim we owe them money when their personal investments are wiped out.
Otherwise they just abdicate any sense of personal responsibility for their own actions and expect everyone else to make them whole again, like they have a right to force us to make them whole again.

She is not qualified for the top slot, and nobody knows that better than she does.
This time Blitzer did us all a big favor.
He identified Bachmann’s real agenda, and also pointed out how liberal Romney is, all in one operation.

If Palin were to back out, she would instantly become a nobody.
The throngs do not follow her to hear her tell them who she admires; they follow her because they recognize that she is the sole candidate that can do the job.
If she’s not in, she’s out - Forever. No more money, no more adulation, no more reality TV.
Why should she? Her strategy may be to get Romney supporters to switch to her by using a positive strategy and not use a “your guy is a liberal Democrat” strategy that would never work. That’s like Palin supporters calling Bachmann a Romney stalking horse then expecting them to get on the SarahExpress if she happens to decide to run. Bachmann supporters most likely will tell them to piss off.
There is no winning in answering a question like that. The story would then be about Bachmann slamming Romney, instead of slamming Obama. She isn’t stupid.
