As long as she’s also not saying we all have to pay for the idiots who don’t wear helmets and bust their heads open, I’m all for not having nanny state laws.

Problem is we all will if they can’t pay because hospitals are required to take care of them and ifthey can’t pay we all end up paying for it. We need people to accept negative consequences without sticking the bill to the rest of us, when it comes to personal decisions they voluntarily make all on their own.

i’m still waiting for my car insurance premium to go down. which they told me would happen 10 years ago if the state passed a seatbel law. So far my premiums haven’t, my frreedom was taken away and now I’m subjected to stops and harassment from law. we all pay it’s just a matter in what coin do we pay. Is it money or freedom we pay.

but yeah I have no problem with not paying for the idiots if they are stupid enoough to not wear a helmet and not carry insurance. personal responsibility frredom and liberty.
