A trio of Democratic U.S. senators called for tougher firearms laws and regulations after releasing a report that showed a large number of weapons used by Mexico drug gangs originating north of the border.
More than 70 percent of 29,284 firearms submitted to the U.S. Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for tracing by the Mexican government during 2009 and 2010 originated in the United States, according to the report.

How many of these are from the ‘Gun-walker’ program?

Well, well, well. Today's CNN.com website has this prominently displayed w/scary pictures at the very top.
Not one word about the 'Gunwalker' hearings kabuki theater yesterday, but the Big Lie is getting top billing. What a surprise.
My take: the unwanted publicity on the 'Gunwalker' scandal has put these statists at unease enough to make them push their agenda ahead of schedule, aided and abetted, as usual, by their media lackeys.

How many of these are from the Gun-walker program? We will never know. That's part of the plan.

... most of these are guns sold to the MEXICAN ARMY which resells to the cartels, particularly the Zetas, many of them former military. As stated PROPAGANDA to cover for the ATF whose head is the President’s choice.

a large number of weapons used by Mexico drug gangs originating north of the borderTruthfully, I'd be more disturbed if the guns originated from Iran or Russia.

These people should be charged with animal cruelty.
They've beat a poor horse to death without cause.

Stunning. That report is a textbook example of the
Hegelian Dialectic.
Our tax dollars at work. And again, "all the usual suspects"...

Gunwalker/Fast & Furious aside, notice that was only the total of guns submitted. I'd be interested to know what percentage this is of all the weapons confiscated in Mexico.

Demand the gov’t records!
The purpose of “Gunwalker” was to trace the weapons, so they have the records.

Gun Walker was one parallel part a plan to justify Obama gun control efforts by providing a conduit for guns to Mexico to manufacture a problem in need of a solution.
What Fienstein is providing now is the second parallel “gun control solution” part of that operation to complement the Obama Administration's manufactured own manufactured “gun problem” .

I keep getting a warning from Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional that the file is damaged and could not be repaired. Do you know of any other sources?

Media bias means telling one-half of any given story.
In this case, one-third.
Left out are:
- The percentage of guns confiscated versus the guns submitted for ID to the US.
- The fact that the BATF was the CAUSE of this problem, with their so-called "Operation Fast and Furious" or what we like to call "The Gunwalker Scandal".

Bullshit. “of the guns submitted” - that means that the Mexicans “authorities” had some belief that they came from the US before they “submitted” them. Look at the total guns used and follow them. CNN - Were not the Clintoon News Network anymore.

That report is a textbook example of the Hegelian Dialectic.Yes, it is. Just following the standard MO.
Check out the sharp rise in 2009 on the graph on page 7.
Veeeeery interesting...as is the source.
And BATF sure responded quickly to their requests while ignoring Issa's.
