The Congress has had every chance in the world to put the EPA in their place or better yet, out of business but has squandered the opportunities.

“It is because of out-of-control agencies like the EPA as well as the need to protect American jobs that I sponsored the REINS Act -- a commonsense measure that will help protect and create jobs by reigning in needless or burdensome regulations, and that will put responsibility back where it belongs – in the hands of the people who are elected to govern and lead this great nation,” Manchin concluded.

So, what are you going to do about it senator? Bitch, moan and complain or really take some action?.....................

Hey Joe. Just be done with it and come over to our side. Your Rat politics don’t play in WV anymore and when you try and support the Regime you seemed strained. Just get it over with already and become a Repub. You would instantly be in better standing in the GOP than McLame and Grahamnesty.

Every regulation issued by the federal government identifies a person to contact ~ and that's usually the individual most knowledgeable in what the rule is about, and probably the person who took it through whatever internal approval routine the agency has established.

That means you can find the "responsible person" and deal with them directly.

Senator Machen should hold a hearing and subpoena the individuals named in the federal register. That way all the people in West Virginia can get to know who it is who destroyed their jobs.

Oh dear. A dem. senator from West Virginia is upset with Obama.

That can only mean one thing. ‘The One’ is trying to f—k over the coal industry again.

I’ll bet senator Manchin marches in lock step with him on most other issues, though.

I don't know anything about this guy, is this a posturing move to get re-elected or is he serious about it for the right reasons?

Not good enough Manchin. You supported Obama and you prop up Harry Reid’s majority. You need to lose. You are scum.

Extortion payments (oops I mean yearly waivers) can be arranged for the utility if they back the right party.
It’s never about the environment when democrats are in charge. It’s about money.

That’s what West Virginia gets for sticking with the Democrat party and electing Democrat senators!

Manchin is a DINO — better on most issues than some RINO’s as far as we are concerned. He ran as a Dim because he thought the Robert Byrd seat would never be won by a Republican in WV. So bottom line, he is an unprincipled politician.

James Carville himself predicts violence in this country over the unemployment situation. This just adds to it showing the depth of the ignorance we get out of the Obama regime. SEE: http://content.usatoday.com/communities/theoval/post/2011/06/carville-lost-jobs-will-create-very-rough-2012-for-obama/1 for an idea of what Carville said.

Environmental Protection Agency Out of Control

That's a feature, not a bug.

During the elections Barry made it clear that he wanted to devastate the Coal industry.

Let me say it more clearly: During the elections Barry made it clear that he wanted to devastate West Virginia.

If I have to complete an Environmental Impact Study to wash my car, then why shouldn't the EPA have to complete an Economic Impact Study for their rules?
