In two separate incidents, as many as 15 teens have stormed Chicago Transit Authority buses, attacked their victims and darted off with cell phones and other electronic devices, authorities said Tuesday.
Both incidents were near the University of Illinois at Chicago campus, prompting city and campus authorities to issue community alerts.
In the first attack, near West Roosevelt Road and South Loomis Street at about 11:40 p.m. Saturday, a victim was struck multiple times before the thieves ran off with his cell phone.
About 25 minutes later, near South Racine Avenue and West 13th Street, a student said he was sitting on a No. 12 bus when as many as 15 black boys and young men boarded the bus without paying. The student was hit in the back of his head with a glass bottle and was robbed of his iPod, said UIC police.

I would imagine whites can riot, too, but I’m not sure. And I think whites have a better aim. That holding the gun sideways doesn’t seem to be effective for accuracy. LOL

They're called Flash Mobs and first *invaded* the white yuppie liberal area of Lincoln Park & the North Ave beach. They then invaded the white liberal area called Streeterville where more older yuppies live and the Oak Street Beach and Olive Park Beach.
They beat up the yuppies, knocked them off their expensive bicycles and then robbed them of their cell phones, wallets and iPods-iPads. Basically everything they had.
And the Cops? They didn't do much as they were outnumbered. So they brought n the Mounted Cops on Horses and formed a defensive line. and then -- closed the beaches DUE TO HEAT!!! That reason was so absurd that nobody bought that bullcrap.
And after these ghetto rat Flash Mobs got done in those areas they invaded the exclusive stores on Michigan Ave, The Mag Mile, and proceeded to loot and destroy those places.
And now they're just attacking the old white RICH liberals who live on the 'Gold Coast'. A Mob of 20 Beat up an old guy last night. And today they're attacking buses - more than what's reported here.
The fact is that 'Holder's People' are out of control in Chicago and don't give a rat's ass about the cops or the law. And why should they? .... they have friends in high places. Like in the White House and running the DOJ.
So these people in Chicago better wake up and say the hell with the law and say, "I'm GETTING A GUN and CARRYING IT for my protection!"
I heard a local Amish reporter on a talk radio program, worrying about what will happen if a group of innocent Amish youths from the southside decide to go to Water Tower Place for lunch. Worried that police are going to start profiling them....

I know people in Washington, DC area, who won’t go to Six Flags America, because of so many people appearing to be in gangs, and behaving in a threatening manner.
Is the social order breaking down, and reaching a critical point as it continues breaking down?

You can’t claim “no one cared” when it was happening in their own neighborhoods. In black neighborhoods, they love to rant that they aren’t being protected and yet, when the police try to probe an incident it seems that “no one saw anything.” The police are then berated for being racists or for being too “rough” with a suspect. No police officer wants to deal with black crime in a black neighborhood because not only can it be dangerous for them but can often result in a career coming to a dead end due to claims of police brutality. Many in black neighborhoods seem to want it both ways and the police can only do so much.
And the picture conveniently shows three white teens - leaving the initial impression that they are the attackers. I’d be willing to bet this was on purpose. As far as the paper shutting down the comment section, I saw it earlier and there were many references to “black thugs” , “the sense of entitlement that comes from living off of welfare,” etc. The comments were all on target but can’t be letting reality rear its ugly head.
Yup. Most of us are wise to this tactic today... still, a passing impression is formed by most.

No doubt they were all blue eyed blondes but you couldn’t see that with the pointed hoods and white sheets they were wearing.
What I meant was, it wasn’t covered in the media. The police have been asking for more hiring, that they are understaffed. The politicians ignored it. Now that the “problems” are spilling over into the areas of the city where those in the media live, the story is on the front page.
It’s not what you or I think, it’s what a prosecutor can convince a jury. I suggest you educate yourself on this topic.
