Here's the naked truth about Rep. Anthony Weiner -- he's an Internet perv.
A "deeply ashamed" Weiner openly wept during a news conference this afternoon in Manhattan -- admitting that he made "terrible mistakes" in sending lewd pictures of himself to women he met on Facebook and Twitter over the past few years.
A contrite Weiner vowed not to resign in the wake of the scandal and said he had told his wife only today about his ongoing online sexual trysts. "I don't know what I was thinking," an apologetic Weiner told reporters at the Sheraton Hotel in Midtown. He said 21 times that he accepted responsibility for his actions. Weiner also said he was "not resigning" -- but took "full responsibility for my actions" over the last few years.
Until today, Weiner (D-Brooklyn/Queens) had adamantly denied sending a crotch pic tweet last month. When asked last week whether the crotch seen 'round the world was his, Weiner responded that he could not say with "certitude" it was not. Weiner called the initial that photo a joke and a “hugely regrettable mistake.” Last week's underwear imbroglio erupted after a picture of bulging briefs popped up on the Twitter feed of Seattle college student Gennette Cordova, a follower of the congressman and an admitted fan.
After initially insisting that a hacker broke into his account and sent the photo, Weiner spent most of last week desperately trying to deflate the issue. "I lied because I was ashamed about what I had done," said Weiner....

I’m wondering how you ‘know’ that?
I just looked at the photos he’s been sending these gals. Really mad me angry the jerk is doing this stuff from his office...daylight hours on our nichol! And he says he hasn’t done anything wrong to warrent not keeping his job! He’s playing whore-man during working hours.
Oddly enough even one of his gals said she wondered how a man in his position could spend so many “HOURS” tweeting while he was at work. Which is why she didn’t believe he was who he said he was.
These creeps need to get out of dodge or I’m getting awful close to throwing in the towel and let the chips fall where they may...but not til after 2012 election.

Do not be distracted by the object. The democrats have this freak as a typical democrat legislator fine for Congressional committees. THAT is the real essence of why Weiner is revealing in American politics. We miswed that lesson with sinkEmperor clintoon, because the propaganda media kneepadders focused the nation’s attention the oral sex and crap like ‘he who is without sin cast the first stone’. That was never what it was about, though the ever sewer sucking Carvile told us ‘its only about sex; get over it, everyone sins.’ It was not about sex. It was about the low nature of the sexual degenerate and how his very prersence in OUR OVAL OFFICE denigrated OUR REPUBLIC and endangered us because he was hopelessly compromised. I mean, the scumbucket, sinkEmperor sold our military secrets to the Chicoms for campaign funding, and not one indictment followed. ... Thank you, feckless Fred.
The GOP needs to make him the face of the DemocRATS in the next election cycle.........er,....so to speak.
In as much as my employer would fire me and perhaps sue me if I did anything like that with one of my customers... this scandal is also offensive from the perspective of the ruling class vs. the citizens they allegdly serve.
