Somehow I am picturing a Muslim working at a large grain processing plant putting something subtle like a powder into the mix after it is initially inspected. He could simply put human waste mixed with rotting animal flesh into the ground and create something very nasty in his own backyard to use, no need for a lab. You could sicken or kill lots of people this way. Britain is pretty inclusive and grain processing is often done on a huge corporate scale, not impossible for me to picture.
