Just touching on AGW is an economic killer for America, basically just turning our country into one giant nature preserver with 310 million “natives” to something about (genocide).

I agreed with what you said we needed; but yes, I would vote for Mitt, albeit very reluctantly. I just dont think he would be as destructive as a continuation of the present disaster in the White House, especially if the Obamanation brings more Demonrats into congress. That speaks to how bad I believe 0bummer is and is not to compliment Romney. I'm probably one of the few folks who is glad that John McCain lost. Romney would do to the Republican Party what I believe McCain would have done... which is exactly what Obama is doing to the Democrats: destroying any credibility for at least a generation.
A Romney win would put the GOP in the position of explaining (four years from now) why the policies of Cap and Trade and government health care are STILL stifling the economy, and given his positions on abortion and the 2nd Amendment, we cannot depend on his SCOTUS nominees, either.
It would be better, in my opinion, to have another Obama term, during which principled conservative Republicans would fight like mad dogs to oppose his policies, than a Romney administration that they would be tempted to lay down and accept the very same policies from.

I believe the world's getting warmer. I can't prove that, but I believe based on what I read....This statement, by itself, is a disqualifier for this man to be President.

So you are actually giving credence to these polls? Polls which match a sitting President against (in this case) an unannounced candidate? Before any campaigning has begun? In a state which more often than not trends liberal? Eighteen months before the general election?
I suspect that if you went back to June, 2007 and found a similar poll, it would show Rudy and Hillary in a close race with everyone else far behind. How'd that turn out?

Not to worry.

Romney needs to visit
www.petitionproject.org
where over 30,000 engineers and scientists (including over 9000 PhD’s) have signed a petition saying that there in no evidence that man’s activities cause changes in the earth’s climate.
Also, we tried to send up two satellites that were built specifically to measure the evidence of GW, but both failed in an identical manner and fell to the sea soon after launch. Both the right and the left believe the other sabotaged the launches!

This is good news. The more Mitt talks, the further away from the Presidency he gets.
