I actually agree with the decision. But then, I've always thought that people should be able to choose who they associate with.
What I disagree with is the uneven way the first amendment is applied. Certain protected classes have more right than other people.

I guess it’s now time to establish a “straight” softball league.

1. Then I would presume that a heterosexual team can limit the number of homosexuals.
2. How does one prove that one is homosexual (or not) in a court of law?

Yet, if we did the same, we would be sued and likely jailed for a “hate crime.”

So I guess it’s ok when “they” discriminate but the rest of us have to accomodate “them”.

Ah, yes your honor, good morning. We're the party that came before you last April and argued successfully that none of us should be prevented from joining any public group that we wanted to join. By the way, we do appreciate that your honor.Continuing your honor, we are here today to argue that we should be able to prevent anyone we want from joining our organization.
Permission granted? Oh thank you your honor. We have always been interested in fairness and equal justice across the board. We're very thankful that you are so level headed and insightful.
See you at the game...
Smoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooch...
Shouldn't be able to have it both ways... no matter what you sexual orientation is.

And here's the pitch........oooooohhh low and inside, but the catcher made an incredible maneuver to catch it.

The rubber will meet the road, so to speak, when the judge rules on excluding missionary position folk from the doggy style touch football league.

Would they discriminate against switch-hitters? What if the pitchers wanted to be catchers? Would they all have to prove that there is a wad in their cheeks?

You are correct....there is unequal law.
They have rights of association, but white straight men are continually denied their rights in so many areas, it is really fascist and totally unconstitutional.
La Raza....how racist is that? and they get public taxpayer money. We are fools to allow this inequity in the laws.
Legal Positivism has to be driven out—it has destroyed the concept of “Just Law” and we need to get back to Universal Truths (yes, morality is part and parcel of our laws) which is what our legal system was founded on.

Ok. So that's what happens at training camp when they say pitchers and catchers only.
