Well sure, if Americans hated our Constitution, we’d all be Democrats!;)

Anyone that has that opinion of one of the greatest documents in the history of mankind does not have the right to use the words “we” and “our” when discussing it, because it sounds like he wants to unburden himself of the freedoms that it guarantees us as a people.

yes, we are also way too enamored with our liberty. That presents a huge problem for a tyrannical government.

God, I wish we could start a new nation and keep people like him out of it. Why the F*** is he here? Why did he leave Mumbai?

Fareed Zakaria is the token “moderate muslim” that the media trots out everytime they want to demonstrate that Islam is a religion of peace, etc. Or as Joe Biden might say, Fareed Zakaria is clean and articulate. You can wrap a Islamofascist, Israel/America Hating message into a “clean articulate” package but that won't change what it is.

One does not love or hate, or emotionally respond to a constitution. It is a framework by which we are to live with certainty as real as up, down, black, white, zero or one. To imply it's an emotional construct is nuts.
We're not Arab mobs clinging to rocks and the Koran while holding dear to the rationale of virginity checks for da ladies.

Zakaria was born in Mumbai (then Bombay), Maharashtra, India, to a Konkani Muslim mostly secular family. His father, Rafiq Zakaria, was a politician associated with the Indian National Congress and an Islamic scholar. His mother, Fatima Zakaria, was for a time the editor of the Sunday Times of India.
Zakaria attended The Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai. He received a B.A. degree from Yale University where he was President of the Yale Political Union, editor-in-chief of the Yale Political Monthly, and a member of the Scroll and Key society and the Party of the Right (Yale). He later earned a Ph.D. degree in Political Science from Harvard University in 1993, where he studied under Samuel P. Huntington and Stanley Hoffmann.
I wonder how much Zakaria really understands the values and vision of our Founders. The society he came from does not share them. Our Constitution is as alien to him as he is an alien to this country.

And another utterly perfedt campaign commercial is born.
I pray that the Palin camp has a person getting the media head comments over the last few days qued up in a video editor. By the election she will be able to unleash such a devastating assault on the Msmlibs that she should at least equal RR’s landslide.

Heck yeah!! Why should anyone have such regard for a piece of paper that does nothing more than guarantee your rights and your liberty from a criminal state! What a waste, right! MUCH better to just worship Hussein!!!
