This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.
An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.
"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."
Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."
When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."

I like Strunk’s theroy. I never could figure out txe whole McCain thing and why BHO was part of presenting it and then Mc Cain saying nothing about BHO. Strunk I believe nails it. I am getting beyond sick of txe evidence, that would definately stand in a Court ,if a Court where ever a court again, just being made available and no one doing anything about this monster that is eating our Country alive.
It appears to be a very good strategy. How about RICO charges against Obama / McCain? But then we would need a US Attorney General who actually prosecute these two conspirators.

I doubt that the image presented would be ‘deemed’ acceptable as evidence in a court of law. Been buggered a little too much. Is a clean scan too much to request? If an attempt to clean up a crappy scan is what produced this insult then why not produce the original as well?

I do think there are more of "us" than of "them". When people complain about how many fools voted for Zero - and are therefore too formidable - not all who voted for him knew who/what he was; there are of course the hardcores, but many mushy dolts or very ill-informed voted for him thinking he was a moderate, meant well, wanted to "bring America together" or they just hated Bush. Those are the people who are waking up. The ones who voted against him were already wide awake.

You are right according to what the Constitution says. But the Constitution no longer means anything. The ruling political class does anything it wants no matter what the Constitution says.

The point is it is a felony, and therefore an impeachable offense, not that the judiciary tries impeachment.
I hope it would be handled in a legal way that didn’t lead to serious violence. That doesn’t mean it would be.
Felony schmelony (I once knew a judge named Larry Feloney, who, before my eyes, brushed off a case against an already famous law student named John Forbes Kerry (tall, thin guy in a gray suit) for driving without a license).
Point is, the United States Congress is the one and only body with the power to remove Barack Obama from office. Before the people hopefully do it in 2012, that is.
Claiming a document which is obviously genuine is forged is not a satisfactory start.

The text (and editing history) of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 refutes you. In Hamilton’s original draft, the constraint was that the President had to be “born a citizen.” In response to John Jay’s criticism regarding the need to prevent the Commander In Chief from having any foreign allegiances, loyalties or conflicts of interest, the constraint was changed to “natural born citizen.” So “natural born citizen” MUST be more restrictive than “born a citizen,” and must be so in ways that address Jay’s concerns.
It was only after the change from “born a citizen” to “natural born citizen” that the exception was added that permitted those who were citizens at the time the Constitution was adopted to be President. There’s no reason for any such exception unless the “natural born citizen” requirement so severely restricted who would be eligible that few could have satisfied the requirement.
And the Congress of 1813 refutes you. They passed a law requiring sailors on US ships to be “natural born citizens.” Because the British Navy was stopping ships at sea looking for able-bodied men who qualified as “natural born subjects” of the British Crown so that they could impress them into the British Navy. Anyone born on British soil (such as the American colonies prior to the peace treaty,) or born to a parent who was a natural born subject of the Crown when the child was born, would qualify as a British “natural born subject.” By requiring that sailors on US ships be “natural born citizens,” Congress sought to prevent the British the opportunity to impress US sailors, since any sailors born on US soil to parents who were US citizens would not qualify as British “natural born subjects,” and so could not legally be impressed into the British Navy.

How many other signatures relating to the usurper are cutsied up with bs? How many of us have cutsie signatures on our official documents, huh? This is just another in an ever growing list of things that makes Hussein more special then the rest of us.
