This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.
An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.
"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."
Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."
When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."

You know what LJ? I call it the coming violence for intimidation purposes. It might have started already with the Communist youts bullcrapping in several parts of the country. It could be contagious if no punishment is carried out.
If we cower and try to play “civilized,” they’ll win because we were “intimidated” into civility, or at least they’ll think they have carte blanche to carry on.

Hmm, I hadn’t thought of that. You may very well be right. I thought “Oh, feral humanimals doing what feral humanimals do” but there may well have been instigators. In fact, the very fact that there were so many incidents - hmm - all at the same time - speaks to a plan of disturbance.
I have often stated that if we (either the GOP but they’re a lost cause practically) or “we the people” continue to dance the minuet holding our demitasse cups with our pinkies extended, while the adversaries have butterfly knives, garrotes, and hidden assistants around the corner, we’ll lose big time.
I am not so sure of that. If he were proved to be a criminal I don’t think that alone would be enough to cause a civil war; but if he is beyond all doubt proven a criminal the way it is handled might be a different story.
I would apply that to people on both sides of the political spectrum. I think there are people that so fanatically support him that they would be willing to be violent if he is removed for any reason. I think there are people on the other side of the spectrum that may consider violence if serious charges are proven against him and he is not removed. If he were a Republican I don’t think that would be the case at all, Republicans are always forced to resign, etc. But just think of all the trouble some democrat politicians have been in and not resigned and noone made them resign.

Natural born citizens are born to citizen parents.
If that is indeed the report sent to the FBI, then I am sure he will be ignored, and rightfully so.
Well for the selective service you would need a signature from the same time period to compare against before really drawing any conclusion.

Then Trump et al should demand the original be released for public scrutiny, because an electronic abstract document cannot be authenticated. Obama thinks he is so clever, the issue is not going away. And if he thinks that he and his minions can claim racism, look at Strunk’s latest filing...then the logical thing is to incriminate BOTH McCain and Obama in a conspiracy to defraud the American Electorate since both were ineligble and both would not challenge each other on the issue of eligibility.

Your parents may not be the type or supportive enough of him to be willing to fight for him- but there are people who are. What about the thugs that show up to town hall meetings to cause trouble? What about the people that harrassed voters to help him get elected? What do you think those people will do if there is a process put in place to force him to resign and he refuses to do so? I bet your parents didn’t harrass people on election day, don’t go out and protest for him, and don’t disrupt town hall meetings either.
On the other side I firmly believe there are people willing to do whatever it takes to remove him if he is proven to have done something seriously wrong and refuses to resign. That is why I think if it comes to riots the riots can lead to something on the order of a civil war if everything is not handled in a way that would be considered to be fair.

That's not their definition. That's a new definition recently invented.
The founders intended that Presidents had to come from people already here at the founding, or people born here after the founding. They excluded "naturalized" citizens from eligibility because they were concerned that King George III would send over some noblemen to become citizens and run for President... and thusly nullify the revolution. The requirement for "natural born" in the U.S. was enough. They didn't ~need~ to require that their parents were also born here.
I like Strunk’s theroy. I never could figure out txe whole McCain thing and why BHO was part of presenting it and then Mc Cain saying nothing about BHO. Strunk I believe nails it.
