Criminal complaint charges Obama birth record 'forged'

This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.

An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.

"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."

Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."

When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."

Juan McCain was born in the hospital in Colon, Panama and not in the canal zone. Colon was not under the control of the US government so J McCain is not eligible for POTUS. And that’s the fact Jack!

No, but McCain's mom was, and she said it was on the Coco Solo base. Likewise McCain showed his BC to a Washington Post reporter, who verified that it says he was born on the base. Finally, the Navy's local base newsletter announced McCain's birth on the base.

If that's not enough evidence to convince you he was born on the base, you will never be convinced.

What are you trying to say to me? I don’t disagree. I was just trying to explain =what the sentence meant, and you go on about the law only being selectively enforced, which has not nothing to do with what I was talking about. Felonies are impeachable offenses. I’m not saying police or judges impeach people. Presidents can be impeached for felonies. I don’t know what your point is.

Also, it is not obviously anything, forgery or not.

Point is, Obama is not guilty of a felony, at least in the birth certificate matter. But even if he were, you'd have to take it to Congress and get them to remove him as President before you could haul him into court and prosecute him as a regular felon. Unless of course, Plugs were to pardon him. But that would be wrong.

I didn’t mean to get into him being prosecuted, just impeached. As it is, I don’t know if it is a forgery, doubt he will be impeached over it (or just about anything) etc. As it is, he never should have been Prez, considering he was born a dual citizen. That said, I hope he is investigated for his numerous shady and illegal practices while conducting policy, including, but not limited to, his illegal Libyan war.

There’s a witness to every massacre and, in this case, there were people who plotted and facilitated this fraud and have covered up the subsequent lies and treason. When this is exposed, and it will be, We the People must demand that all involved be investigated, exposed publicly, quickly tried, and sent to prison for life. May their names go down in history as the traitors to their country that they are.

Perhaps voters should (if legally possible) personally sue Nancy Pelosi for certifying him. It would bring out the 2 different certifications she signed and prove that she never had the proof required on file to certify him in the first place. Agreed. The absolute and highly questionable silence out of all the DC politicians regarding this issue and the lack of investigative reporting on the part of Conservative media is highly suspicious wouldn’t you say? Any theories or explanations?

I never used to be a conspiracy theorist and still don’t consider myself one but I’ll proffer a guess for you.

I’ve come to believe that there are two types of reality in America. There is what we the people see and there is what’s really going on. We the people believe we have an American government that has fallen prey to some unscrupulous politicians, lobbyists and special interest groups. IOW, we the people believe that our system has been infiltrated and needs to be cleaned up. The alternative reality is that we have “politicians” who are really just figureheads. They were put in place to take marching orders from a International cabal of wealthy individuals who, while pulling the strings of these figureheads, have looted our treasury and stolen our freedom. They’ve made the American people “slaves” to the world throughout the UN and create, through various individuals, just enough chaos (racial strife and class warfare) to keep us from seeing the bigger picture.

Maybe people will read this and think I am a conspiracy theorist and that’s their right but I will tell you this, I never, ever, would have dreamed that I would have typed anything even remotely close to this 10 years ago.

I saw the Liberal agenda in my children’s school work back in the 1980’s when the NEA Liberals began their brainwashing and propaganda. I spoke out publicly throughout the 1980’s and was labeled many unflattering names. I didn’t believe that I would see their anti-American agenda promoted and accelerated this quickly. The current Regime enabled by the prior RAT Congress and this spineless, gutless Congress have accelerated this destruction of our freedom and the obvious destruction to our Constitution. We must vote them out in 2012 or we’re doomed in my opinion.

We The People have allowed this destruction to our country and our future. How we reverse this destruction and expose the enemies within is the question.

I remember back in the late 60s and early 70s when the clean cut teenagers of my suburban neighborhood would go off to college and come back as dirty hippies, LOL. I was a small kid then but I remember their parents complaining that they no longer knew their children. These “kids” are now in Washington and in positions of power. In some ways, I think the indoctrination was even worse back then. They came back militant whereas now, they come back ignorant. I do everything I can to educate my kid's friends to the truth; to the point I feel like they think I'm a zealot. It's the only way I know how to attempt to undo the damage that's been done. Fortunately for my kids, enough family members survived long enough to impart their wisdom from WWII and hostile homelands that they didn't buy what public schools were selling.

Then we all need to write or email or Congressmen/women and demand an accounting. They’re staying away from it for fear of looking foolish. We need to inform them their jobs are on the line if they do not do something about this. We have a voice, lets use it!

Then write your Congressman and demand they do something, include the charges brought to the FBI and details from Dr. Corsi’s book. There is ample documentation there. Spend $12 and send a copy to your Congressman and Representatives. The forgery contains ‘kerning’ something to do with letter alignment and ONLY COMPUTERS can do this. Unless he had a time machine, its impossible for a typewriter in 1961 to do this. SPEAK UP, and make them hear you.

Email your Congressmen and women and demand an accounting then. Tell them YOU are watching what they do with this. I read somewhere that if they get ONLY ten emails from their constituents they think its an issue worth paying attention to. IF they get 50, they make sure they do something substantial. Let them know we ARE watching how they deal with this. Include quotes from Dr. Corsi’s book, the filling of criminal charges with the FBI and so forth.
