Guys and Gals,
Tonight my son and I went down to Gettysburg in hopes that Sarah, would eventually make her way there. We decided to try Cemetary Hill as a logical place for her visit. After a two hour drive we got there but alas there were no signs of her.
So we decided to play tourist ourselves.
After a bit, I got a tip she was at a local hotel. So we loaded up the car and zoomed over.
There the bus was....and there was Sarah and Piper!
Just 15 minutes then they left heading to "Cemetary hill". My Son overheard Sarah, tell a reporter they were going to the place where Lincoln gave his address. We decided not to follow as it was there time to experience just what we did, just like we did.
Much more I could share but I need a shower and a coffee enjoy the pics at the link and when I get time I will post them in the thread.
By the way...honest to God....Piper is a cutie and just as determined in real life!....lol

Very little. I believe two were with her on this jaunt and the bus was totally alone.
However, I think they know what they are doing. This no word till she is there is I belive to trim the herd so to speak as to protect the sheep.

She left the hotel at 7:04 and the traffic was not bad I would say she got there about 7:15pm.

Great job, nice pics. Here’s hoping she makes it to the communist state of Oregon.

From a New York Times blog report,
Palin Talks to the Media, for Three Minutes:
...The impromptu question-and-answer session lasted only slightly more than three minutes after the former Alaska governor stood for pictures with a few tourists before heading off with her daughter, Piper. The youngest Palin daughter looked none to happy to be delayed by the press corps, and repeatedly tugged at her mothers arm during the questions. At one point, she said, "Mom, lets go."
