Hundreds of motorcycles? Seems more like thousands to me. Anyone who has a chance to attend rolling thunder should take it. There’s nothing like seeing the silence and respect of the crowd as the veterans ride.

Hanging with the Patriot Riders it seems. Great group of people.
I saw a large group this AM on the way to work. They owned the whole road of a three lane freeway for the length of their convoy. No cars intermixed. Not sure if it was a funeral procession or not, but they were given the respect as if it were.

I remember Arnold the Swartz got booked for not having a proper motorcycle license or helmet in CA....
it turned out he was riding a SIDECAR outfit and thus exempt....

Palin is currently not scheduled to speak at the event and watchers should not expect any type of “political statement” from Palin during Rolling Thunder. The lady is all class. But I'd love to hear her give the currently vacant White House hell.
