Tucson Gunman Jared Loughner Ruled Unfit to Stand Trial
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
No surprise...
If you are going to have a rule that incompetent people can’t stand trial, this guy is the poster boy.
The more pressing question I see is if there should be such a rule.
So does this mean we can move directly to the hanging?
just like SeeBS news reported earlier, and I started a thread about....

He supposedly thanked the court for the freak show.
Hang the bastard!
Yes, now the state can have their shot at him.
This nutcase thinks the space shuttle is a giantic hoax and conspiracy, which I believe played a big role in his decision to target a congress woman who strongly supports NASA and is married to an active shuttle commander. Since he’s too crazy to stand trial (insert eye roll here), I suggest we “fix” him by giving him a seat on the runway centerline so that he can see for himself that it’s real, “up close and personal” as Mark Kelly and his crew come back from space.
And send it to the Smithsonian with some peculiar stains on the nose gear?

So the guy is nuts. Is that supposed to make it any less desirable to execute him, kick his a** or to make the remainder of his life a miserable one? I think it almost makes it more desirable to whip some of that looniness out of him.
He was probably abused as a child so that means he's not responsible for his actions, therefore he walks - why isn't Hasan being hanged - oh wait, silly me, Hasan is a muslim so he's excused for his actions as well. Head exploding..........
Really? Who'd a thunk it???
Loughner doesn’t walk. He’s remanded to 4 more months of psychiatric custody where they’ll try to make him sane enough to stand trial, then there’s another competency hearing, lather rinse repeat until he either gets to stand trial or dies in the nut farm.
a typical rabid democrat getting away with it....hopefully not...
Is that still at 24th and Van Buren?
I don’t think so. They actually sent him to Missouri. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he continues to be sent out of state. In spite of its size Tucson is a very small town, most folks in town have some connection to this, friends of friends at the least, I’m not saying an “accident” would befall him, but I will say if he did fall down and break his neck we’d all think it was an “accident” and there’d probably have to be investigations and stuff.
