Chris Matthews assembled a panel including Dan Rather and Rachel Maddow to discuss whether Republican Congresswoman Michele Bachmann should enter the presidential race to scoop up Mike Huckabees voters in Iowa. Surprisingly, Rather spoke very highly of Bachmann and called her very articulate and someone who could be dynamite in the race.
Rather also told Matthews that Bachmann has real break-away potential and could potentially go all the way:

Democrat Party Spokesperson, Dan Rather (Biased) got his political activist jaw flapping again. Look out!!!
To: CharlyFord
Media Agenda: Get Bachmann in the race to peel off Palin voters. As transparent as Rather’s wig.

They may have turned this up, whether you had the Paula Jones case or not. But again maybe not, but again that's like if a frog had side pockets he'd probably wear a handgun.

Rather is so biased he would just say I hope Buchmann runs to peel off Palin voters. So I would say Dan is worried about the Congresswomen.

If Rather was the newsman he claims to be, why would that require a warning?

Since Palin is not running it would not have any effect on her.
To: nhwingut
A lot of us hope she gets into the race because she’ll be a fine candidate.

Any time a leftist says something positive about a conservative, they have a motive. I like Michele Bachmann but maybe they just found some dirt on her that no one knows about yet. If that is true, their plan is to get her elected in the primary, than trash in in the general.

Don't forget that this is Rather. Maybe they've invented some dirt on her.

I want as many conservatives in the race as possible so they can target the RINOs for elimination. Then we can worry about which conservatives are best.
I have a feeling we won’t see a lot of fighting between conservatives. Cain, Palin, Bachmann, etc have been traveling in the same circles for a while now and I’m sure they’ve talked about strategies.

There's only one reason why the Liberotten Mileadia would get behind, or express enthusiasm for, any GOP candidate.
If they hoped that their focus on that person would help keep Sarah Palin from sweeping the nomination.
On the one hand, they may feel that Bachmann could lose to Obama (they know Palin will not).
On the other, even if Bachmann beat O'Bunghole, in a term ot two they could just regroup and start their socialist overthrow all over again. The One World Order would still be "on track."
If Palin wins, scores of corrupt Beltway criminals go to jail; their tactics become public, their associates become paraiah, and the Old Boy Network and its socialist hopes get blown to smithereens...for good.
In short, there is no previously unimaginable length to which they will not go to prevent a Palin presidency.
Including speaking highly of a GOP hopeful. Even Michelle Bachmann.

Since Palin is not running it would not have any effect on her. Post after post your 2 cents are the same. She sure is running.
LINK-APRIL 16,2011
"We're flat broke, but he thinks these solar shingles and really fast trains will magically save us.
So now he's shouting, all aboard the bullet train to bankruptcy."
Well, Mr. President, were not going to get used to it. Not now. Not ever.
You ignored us in 2010. But you cannot ignore us in 2012.
Mr. President, you and your cohorts threw all the hatred and all the violence you could at these good folks in Madison, Wisconsin. But you lost here.
And Madison, you defended the 2010 electoral mandate. You are heroes, you are patriots, and when the history of this Tea Party Movement is written, what you accomplished here will not be forgotten.
Your historic stand brought down the curtain on the last election. And the 2012 election begins here.
We will take the courage and the integrity that you showed all of America. We will take it and we will win back our country!
God has shed His grace on thee, America. We will not squander what we have.
We will fight for America! And it starts here in Madison, Wisconsin!
It starts here! It starts now! What better place than the state that hosts the Super Bowl champs to call out the liberal left and let them know:
Mr. President, game on!

Ping me when you have something to backup your repetitive post that Sarah is not running. Got a link? A quote.... anything...
