William & Kate’s Baby Heartbreak: Royal Couple May Not Be Able To Conceive!
Hollywood Life ^ | May 18th, 2011 | N/A

Posted on 05/21/2011 8:10:19 PM PDT by TheDingoAteMyBaby

Kate’s new mother-in-law Camilla has been telling friends the royal bride has fertility problems which may prevent her from getting pregnant — according to sources. If the claims are true, the newlyweds are facing up to the fact that they may never produce an heir to the British throne!

“Health complications from Kate‘s adolescence raised red flags that may have an impact on her ability to conceive,” sources close to Camilla have told In In Touch Magazine.

The consequences would be devastating for the British monarchy. Both William, 28, and his father Prince Charles were born soon after their parents married, and the royal couple are under intense pressure to produce an heir soon.

Royal biographer Andrew Morton tells In Touch, “If Kate is not pregnant within the next nine months, she’ll be defying 200 years of British tradition.”

The last reining monarch to die without producing a legitimate heir was Will’s great-great-great-great-great uncle King William IV, more than 170 years ago!

If William does indeed die heir-less, the throne would defer to the eldest male child of his younger brother Harry.

Unlike most couples, adoption isn’t an option for William and Kate, 29 — only a biological child can be heir to the throne.

But sources tell In Touch the Duke and Duchess chose to ignore Kate’s medical problems for a marriage “based on love."

She didn’t undermine anything. Charles turned to her after being driven mad with boredom by Diana.

Yes, if Charles had already died.

True enough. Queen Elizabeth’s own mother outlived her other daughter: Princess Margaret (though not by much).

It is an interesting thing too that if the Duke of Windsor and Wallis, had been King and she whatever she would have been called, they had no children and Elizabeth would have become queen in the end anyway. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor outlived the queen’s father...

That is not correct. Camilla was in the picture even before the wedding took place and was a key player at Highgrove per the valet to Charles at the time. Diana, you will recall was only 20 and a couple of weeks old when she married this guy 13 years her senior because she had no past unlike Camilla. Charles, like many in the upper class, believe it was just fine to run around on your spouse as long as it was discreet. Only after this had gone on for some time did Diana finally have her own affair, which she should not have done. She was betrayed before the I do was said and signatures were dry on the documents following the wedding. Charles had few kind words for his new wife as she began her public duties. She like Fergie, were given plenty of criticisms and not much in the way of encouragement.

“...the throne would defer to the eldest male child of his younger brother Harry.”

Well, we are far in the future here, but, should William die heirless wouldn’t the throne go to Harry himself? Then to his child, if he had one, then to who? I’m hoping for a King Ralph scenario here, but since Queen Elizabeth had 4 children I’m thinking they are pretty well covered heir-wise.

Neither do I, simply I don't believe Camilla knows a darn thing about anything, and she would certainly know better than to DIS the Queen, who can't stand her anyway.

She has already caused enough heartache in that family, now just why would she want to generate more for the Queen.

This story is false. Tabloid junk.

No chance. Elizabeth will push herself to 105 before she'll let Charles sit on the throne.

She's no dummy, that one.

Camilla

Says it all right there doesn't it - the woman who messed up Diana's marriage and is an all around hag. Throw slime at Kate because she probably doesn't approve of her.

Actually, you can take to the bank that Edward III was not the son of Edward II (a flaming lavender queen and a sort of talentless Freddie Mercury) who never consummated his marriage to Isabella, the daughter of French King Philip the Fair. She left England for France, joining the French knight who was the likely father of Edward III, then returned to England to dispatch Edward II by taking him off the throne to a palace outside London where they executed him at length by slicing off body parts until he died. Isabella served as regent for her son until he came of age and ordered his real father executed and her placed under house arrest until she entered a convent. Braveheart covers the perversion of Edward II quite accurately even though it portrays William Wallace as Isabella's lover which is rather unlikely since she was a child when he was murdered by Edward I.

Another who comes immediately to mind is Henry VIII's son who succeeded him. Since the Church law of the time prohibited Henry's divorce from Catherine of Aragon much less his marriage to five others, only his daughter Mary (by Catherine of Aragon) was a legitimate heir. Lizzie I was also a bastard, therefore.

How very unlikely it is that no other bastards ever sat upon the Brit throne??? I do admit sympathizing with my Irosh ancestors over my British ancestors.

I might add that Britain would have profited from having some competent bastard on the throne instead of the likes of George III

"Harry has been immune so far."

Here his hair looks a little thin in the back of the head. Maybe he's just disheveled.
