She said her forced her to give him oral sex, after claiming she was raped.I sometimes hear about forced oral sex; why do I never hear about anything being bitten off?

HIV apartments? I think they made a Broadway Musical about that.

I wonder how much it costs the Sugar Daddy taxpayers to support this “West African immigrant”.

Ya, I’m surprised there are public housing apartments for people with HIV/AIDS. Who knew?
But, isn’t that separate but equal? Shouldn’t they be in regular section 8 housing with everyone else?

This is a sensitive subject. But probably, in forced oral sex, the victim is afraid of being strangled if he/she uses the teeth. Just saying, that fear could prevent them from thinking of something like that as a means of fighting back.

The maid may not know who he is/was...but she knows one thing....he has lotsa money.
And she is living in an HIV apartment because??

The man has been convicted in the Media circus. I am neither convinced of the guilt of Dominique Strauss-Kahn nor innocence. The truth will come out in the trial. At this point what passes for news, is no better than tabloid trash. Of course. That's why we bother to have trials in the first place. Up to that point it's all speculation. I'm not "convinced" either.
If they find her DNA on him, or vice versa, that will pretty much seal his fate. And if the housekeeper is lying, that will be easy to determine too.
Nevertheless, given that he has a history of such actions, until that information is available, Occam's Razor suggests that he likely was at it again.

Always look for ways to blame the victim, eh?You have to figure out who the victim is, before you can blame them.

Men don’t get HIV from infected women unless blood is exchanged. DSK may have infected his victim with a serious STD and she should be followed for that possibility.

If they find her DNA on him, or vice versa, that will pretty much seal his fate. Apparently, his attorneys are already publicly floating a "it was consensual" defense. If so, then it is a pretty good bet that they expect for there to be DNA evidence.

I thought I read in one of the accounts that there was blood found in the hotel room.

How? If she was a doing it for pay there would still be evidence of sex. Not sure how one can prove a rape claim is true or not unless their are witness and extreme physical damage. Sadly, false rape charges are common (around 30%). Of course, in this particular case I think past history is a pretty good indicator that rape did occur.
To: dayglored
There won’t be a trial. I’m assuming he’s guilty. Accept that as a given for the moment. He will take a plea..probably get 3 years, possibility of parole after 2 years, and then, because of the international ramifications ( like if he got shanked while in Attica) he will be transferred to federal custody and do his time at a mid-level security Fed prison..

This is starting to sound like Law and Order:SVU. Of course, when they actually use this story, Strauss-Khan is going to become a leading member of a conservative cabal, and be played by Robert Vaughn.
