Ya, I’m surprised there are public housing apartments for people with HIV/AIDS. Who knew?

But, isn’t that separate but equal? Shouldn’t they be in regular section 8 housing with everyone else?

I would ask the same question. Unless someone is in a hospice situation (seriously late stages of AIDS), or is a serious criminal offender, I wouldn’t find too much reason to allow them to live separately. But then again, nowadays, it seems too many people like to hang out with birds of their own feather.
