Ron Paul is set to officially launch his presidential campaign Friday morning, a Paul source told POLITICO.

The Texas congressman will make his announcement from New Hampshire during the 7:00 a.m. hour of ABC’s “Good Morning America.” Paul is then scheduled to speak at 10:00 a.m. in Exeter, part of a two-day swing through New Hampshire following a stop in Iowa. Paul will also be keynoting the Grafton County Republican Memorial dinner on Friday night.

He’s Chris Wallace’s guest on Fox this coming Sunday.

Fox just loves Ron Paul. Last week Chris Wallace suggested he was the father of the tea party.

Blech. FNC just part of the anti American noise.

If he is an Agency Terminator. I am for him. I want to hear a candidate who will flat out eliminate and terminate Federal Regulatory Agencies.

I can’t wait for Ron Paul’s response when the White House dismisses him as not qualified due to “lack of experience.”

the only problem I had from him (and it is a HUGE problem)was his anti Afghan war stance....

....9/11 was NOT our fault Ron.

He'll rake in quite a pile of campaign money for his retirement cache.

Who needs a guy as president who would not have issued a kill order on a terrorist who planned out the deaths of thousands of Americans? Any doubt about Paul's fitness to be president should be dispelled by that - that even Barack Obama gets it better than he does.

Now I'm sure some of his fanatical (and brain-damaged) supporters will be along to tell us who wrong we are. They can go suck eggs.

He is saying that the kill of obl was illegal.

He loves attention. I consider him our kook-in-itch. An embarrassment which is why Fox seems to be so enamoured of his candidacy. My guess is that they hope that any disgust at his positions spills over onto his son.

My biggest problem with the guy is his stance on the Afganistan War. On fiscal issues he is right. I won’t be supporting him in the primary but should he get the nomination, and it’s Paul or Obama?

I’d vote for anyone over Obama.

I really think that's what it's about. How much money remains unspent from 2008?

Ron Paul candidacy is as dead as OBL, the only difference is that SEAL’s shot OBL and Ron Paul committed suicide.

Great. The GOP really needs a Truther like, pro drugs, isolationist candidate running. I don't understand why this guy doesn't run in the Libertarian Party where he belongs and not leach off the GOP apparatus to get his unpopular message out. 1/2 of his ideas are not Conservative or Republican. They are just crazy.
