Her federal complaint contains a long list of "morals" offenses for which players were not disciplined.

Imagine that - the players' contracts and the cheerleaders' contracts have different stipulations about acceptable behavior.

It's a matter of simple economics. Young women who can jump around in skimpy clothes are a dime a dozen, but football players who can play at a level which attracts spectators willing to shell out a lot of money are not.

The players, until recently, were covered by collective bargaining which means most discipline is regulated by contracts. Now that the union has decertified, perhaps the judge might rule differently but, in general, the rules for cheerleaders and for players are different by design.
