Muslim religious leaders kicked off U.S. domestic flight after pilot refuses to take off with them

Two Muslim religious leaders were asked to leave a commercial airliner in Memphis - and were told it was because the pilot refused to fly with them aboard.

Masudur Rahman and another imam had already been allowed to board their Delta Connection flight from Memphis, Tennessee, to Charlotte, North Carolina before they were asked to get off the plane.

'It's racism and bias because of our religion and appearance and because of misinformation about our religion.' Mr Rahman said. 'If they understood Islam, they wouldn't do this.'

A pilot is the captain of the ship. He is the ultimate authority of the plane. If he had one iota of concern that these mooselimbs were a danger to his passengers or the plane, he had every right to boot them.

Kudos to the Delta Captain! I only hope Delta backs him up and does not cave in to CAIR. He IS the ULTIMATE authority aboard his flights.

If they don’t like flying on American aircraft, tell CAIR or Al-Qaeda to start their own damn airline and see how much business they get. At least they won’t have to submit to TSA groping or radiating their genitals. And they will still be able to choose between the “Smoking Section” or “Bomb Section” which should make them happy!

I just heard a report about this incident on WCBS News Radio in NYC. It seems like the two guys who were booted off the plane were headed for a conference on...(drum roll)
