Not to mention the email traffic between Todd Palin and Milelr which Miller stupidly shared with his staff of Huckabphonies and Cornyn types, who promptly leaked it to the press confirming that the Palins thought Miller was dissing her (which Miller, in fact, was).

No. Miller cooked his own goose. Several times. He owns his own loss. We have to suffer with Murkowski for 6 years because of his stupidity.

all you know about is that she quit

________________________________________

Why would you presume to know what I know?

Palin's record as mayor, commissioner and governor is very easy to research. It is not one that give confidence that she could handle the toughest job on the planet.

Palin's actions since quitting do not show any serious effort to improve that impression.

FB postings, tweets, TV shows, book tours and paid speaking gigs are all good for her and improve the monetary value of the Palin brand but they do nothing to make her more qualified.

“In the straight polling which the sheeple are never allowed to glimpse, but what O’Bunghole and Gingrich and Huckabee use to measure the field, she’s in first place with 42%, with Trump and Romney virtually tied for 2nd place with 14-15% each.”

I would LOVE, absolutely LOVE to see a link on that one. Because if the “sheeple” are never allowed a glimpse....how did YOU come about this information?

Wow way to be able to read. I stated this old article says about the same thing.....the article was from 2007 sparky. why you fill the need to attack Palin over a 2007 article is beyond me. You have the hate bad. Did Daily Kos finally make you go full blown hater?

not one to give confidence?

which part doesn't give you confidence?

the $12 billion surplus? The 9.5% budget cut in real dollars? the great economy within the state, record oil profits for the oil companies? record tax rev, record tax returns to the citizens? Getting Exxon to agree to the pipeline? being tough on crime? Handling a $11 billion budget 15,000 employees? exposing corruption in the oil and gas commission office? taking out corrupt officials, placing the AK checkbook online? selling the gov jet, firing the Gov cook to save money, not taking a raise when one was offered? cutting federal earmarks by 86%?growing the town of Wasilla into the fastest growing city in the state? exactly which part of her record do you have a lack of confidence in hater?

EveningStar, Honey... Apparently, you’ve taken a wrong turn on your way to www.DemocraticUnderground.com. I know; typing correct letters on the keyboard is hard, but you can do it if you try.

Those polls are not taken by machines, they are taken by people. Those people have relatives. Others work among the campaign staffs that use the results of these polls to plan their candidates' strategies. All these people talk to others with whom they live and work.

Never are they posted online where you could use a "link" to access them, though I'm pretty sure I made that clear in my previous posting. Attention span not your strong suit, huh?

If you prefer, you have my permission to discount my information as opinion. When the votes are in, you'll see I was right. Perhaps long before then.

Boy you Palin backers sure are polite and show tons of class and manners. I sure hope I can measure up if she gets in the race and I decide to back her.

Is she going to hire a speech coach? She screeches more than Hillary.

That big negative said, I actually do like Sarah in a lot of ways. But this is not beanbag. I know she’s tough, very tough, and can take a pummeling, but I just worry about her unfortunate voice in view of the fact that 35% of the electorate, which includes most of the elusive “Independents” is quite ignorant and votes on the basis of “atmospherics.”

If she gets the nomination, I will definitely support her.

Ooooh, did somebody hurt her feelings?

Who was the one who said "...how did YOU hear about it?", implying that you were talking to a chump. If you can't take the heat, then get the hell back to the shaming stump, Gomer.

Are you kidding?

After years of neurolinguistic programming sent straight from a teleprompter?

Look for Sarah to say or do something devastating about that if the two are in a debate together.

Cheers!

“Is she going to hire a speech coach? She screeches more than Hillary.”

************************

Her voice gets higher when she is at a rally. She can deliver a speech very well, though. She was pitch perfect both after Tuscon and at the Reagan ranch, among others.

JFK had a high pitched nasal voice with a sharp Massachusetts accent, which sounded funny to most of the nation. He was so concerned about the high pitch that he actually took speech lessons and used to bark in the bath tub to try to lower the pitch of his voice, according to a bio on him by his aide Ken O’Donnell.

In the 1960 debate, Nixon’s voice was so much deeper and richer that those who heard the debate on radio thought Nixon won. Unfortunately for Nixon, most people watched and judged Kennedy the winner.

Kennedy’s voice grew to become his trademark and, while many may have found it annoying initially, they grew accustomed to it, if not downright attached to the pitch of his voice.

2012 will be no different. Obama is very inarticulate without his teleprompter, a stuttering, babbling boob, not even close to the debater Nixon was. His baritone is only effective when he is reading the teleprompter. Palin, as witness her performance against Biden and in her debates in Alaska, is very good on her feet and sure of herself. She sounds better in debates than on the stump or in delivering a speech. She has a nose for the jugular and an ability to twist the knife that is rare among debaters. Without his teleprompter “security blanket”, Obama will be Bambi in the headlights. She will, quite simply, tear him up. She will be landing so many rhetorical blows on Obama that people will forget what the pitch of her voice is.

The dems know it better than some “experts” on our side. No wonder the GOP is called the stupid party.

Sarah Palin is the only Republican who could actually WIN in 2012. That’s what is so ludicrous about this “electability” matter. It’s the rest of the field that are dogs. She’s the one who can GOTV. And THAT is how conservatives win. They Get Out The Vote.

See my post 94, Bob. The dems know she is the one. People of average intelligence that. Unfortunately, there are some in the GOP who are just plain dumb. And there are others who are corrupt and don’t want to give up control of the Party (like Rove).

They won’t have to worry about giving up control of the Party, though. She is going to seize control. And the RINOs are never going to get it back!

I did read your 94 after I posted. Just another moment when great minds prove they think alike.

LOL. Too bad we can’t share some of it with the Stupid Party. In any case, they are going to get an education in seven short months, courtesy of Sarah Palin.

I can tell you don’t talk to many non-conservatives. I have several friends who voted for Obama who will vote for the Republican as long as it isn’t Palin or Trump. I like Palin, far more than Mitt or Huck, but her negatives are just too high. The media’s assault on her has been successful, just like with Dan Quayle. I wouldn’t worry about GOTV. Our hatred of Obama will get the base out.

It’s highly unlikely she’d select Rick Perry for a couple of reasons. The most obvious is that she won’t need Texas. Next, governors never pick another governor to be their running mate. They always pick senators or representatives. Carter and Clinton both picked sitting senators and Reagan and Bush picked former reps with hefty foreign policy resumes. Of course, you could be right since she’s made a career out of bucking conventional wisdom, but I don’t see it.
