Sarah Palin Versus the Field with 2006 as a Barometer

I sincerely doubt that very many freepers would be feeling any less patriotic today if Palin had stayed where she was, doing her job in Alaska.

A cleansing won't be necessary when Sarah declares and gets a following like unseen before. Every rally, all the fund raising, etc. She'll raise more money and a huge following that'll spin heads.

They can get on-board late, if they choose (it's their choice) but we'll need everyone united FOR a candidate to defeat the Liar in Chief.

I could get behind another candidate if they were naturally conservative as Sarah is. I haven't seen one. I also place her executive instincts above others as well, but that's my bias. Did I mention "a fighter"? I'd like that in a nominee too, because a battle is brewing and a hockey-mom with a strain of barracuda works for me.

Her first battle will be with the image the media has created of her. Easy. With speeches and rallies populated by energized supporters, she rips those images to shreds.

This election is designed for a woman with energy sense and a pride in America. The Carterization of this economy by Obamma has many more months to exact it's toll. Malaise may look good by 2012. The Arab Spring may have Sprung and we may witness a lot of chickens roosting around the White House.

I simply endure the naysayers as events unfold and as history is about to be made. Only this time, in America's interest. Patience is needed when the Left has, by their actions, already indicated who they hate the most. Got to love them for being so stupid. Or, is that smart? Never know with them.

When Sarah announces and continues to 'take it' to Obama as she has these many months and, as she continues to make the case for smaller government and how America was founded on individual rights rather than state-ism, I hope you'll notice.

Conservatives already have. The Mushy-Middle will take a while to see the value in these principles. It might be inflation, it might be the price of gas, but reality and common sense will eventually overcome their reluctance. Whoever runs against Obama HAS to be his ideological opposite. Sarah is. She's not afraid of the left, can speak without a teleprompter, and is firm in her convictions. The password is: Refreshing

All of which reference her words post resignation as governor and none of which qualify anyone to the toughest job on the planet.

Words are just that, words. My opinion of her is based on the facts of her record as mayor, commission board member and half-term governor. When you dig into the actual history of her actions instead of her words you get a different, more accurate picture.
