According to the Washington Post, examining every detail of the relationship between moderate Republican Senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins is worth devoting an exhausting 6228 words to. Writer Martha Sherrill offered a fawning analysis of the two senators who often frustrate conservatives. The near book-length profile investigated the apparent dislike the senators have for each other, but also highlighted the "nuanced" way in which the two side with liberal policies.

Well, it could be both. You have to remember--"Nuanced" is French for "Bullshitting."

Win, Lose or Draw... Put these RINO’s through a tough primary challenge. Drain their campaign cash. Chances are a Tea-Party candidate won’t Win in the Northeast, but put up one hell of a fight.
Our chances will be much greater in the South and West to replace these RINO’s. They are worthless.

Hope they will be gone by 2012. They are worthless. It’s sad they are betraying their constituents as these two are.

moderate Republican Senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins
What are they smoking?? Moderate Progressives is about the best description I could give about either of them. Closet self serving Marxists would be more to the point.

I am actually a ME Conservative. I am telling you, the absolutely best we can do here in Maine is Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe. Yes we do have a tea party governor, however he squeaked a victory with 38% of the vote and has tanked since being elected. Independents here haven't supported a Conservative since 1988. The papers and news outlets are brutal towards Conservatives. The foolish play is to replace Snowe or Collins with an unelectable candidate. The bottom line is I'd rather be frustrated with a Rino than getting a Bernie Sanderesque Socialist Congress lady who would likely be the Democrat running against them. I will not support a primary challenge to either Senator in my state.

I once had the occasion to talk to a retired Washington Post writer and asked, “Is it true that you people are paid by the word?” She answered, “No, only by the number of adverbs and adjectives.”
