The truth is hiding in plain sight. At some point in 2008, the political elites decided to violate the Constitution. I know of no better explanation.
In September 2008, Lawrence B. Solum, the John E. Cribbet Professor of Law at the University of Illinois College of Law, wrote:
“What was the original public meaning of the phrase that establishes the eligibility for the office of President of the United States? There is general agreement on the core of its meaning. Anyone born on American soil whose parents are citizens of the United States is a natural born citizen.”
The text of the Constitution, the intent of the Founders, judicial precedence and the historical background support that definition.
Every high school student, who paid attention in history class, knows that. Every elected President since the early days of the Republic has met that criterion. That is, every one except Barack Hussein Obama.
By his own admission, Obama is not a natural born citizen and is, therefore, not eligible to be President of the United States.

True, but Chester A Arthur a president who was not elected was NOT a Natural Born Citizen. His father was not a US Citizen until 14 years after the birth of Chester.
Where is the uproar over this? Where is the call for removal??? Why did Trump back down, knowing this BC is fake & that he is not eligible??? Too many questions, not enough answers IMO!!

Chester Arthur WAS ELECTED to the office of Vice President of the United States. The qualifications for Vice-President are the same as those for President.
This incidence of ignoring the clear meaning of the Constitution, though significant, pales in comparison to the disregard for the Constitution shown by both Congress and the Courts over the past century.
The intentional mis-reading of the Commerce Clause in Wickard v. Filburn; the reinterpretation of the Takings Clause in the Kelo decision; the invention of new (unconstitutional) Federal authority in cases from Marbury v. Madison to Roe v. Wade to Lawrence v. Texas; the sweeping abuses and attempted abuses under the General Welfare Clause; the presumed supremacy of the 14th Amendment over the ENTIRE remainder of the Constitution; the dismantling of the Federal Republic in the 17th Amdt; and on, and on, and on.
In short, this is not the first, the worst, or the last instance of "OUR" Federal Government disregarding its founding contract with the American people.

Why does the long form birth certificate of a man whose adoptive name was Barry Sotero and who, according to the Huffington Post (from information obtained from his sister) did not start using the name Barack Obama till age 18, have the latter name on it?

Not only is he not going away, he’ll be there at least through 2016. Nothing can stop this “man” when there are only some voices crying out in the wilderness. The gop loves this guy as much as the worshippers do.
