President George W. Bush declined an invitation from the White House to join President Obama in a visit to Ground Zero Thursday.

"President Bush will not be in attendance on Thursday. He appreciated the invite, but has chosen in his post-presidency to remain largely out of the spotlight. He continues to celebrate with all Americans this important victory in the war on terror," according to a statement released by Bush spokesman David Sherzer late Tuesday.

All this will be done to distract attention and to lull viewers into a sense that “O” is strong in his support of the WOT and is actually (albeit, belatedly) patriotic. “O” won’t ever vigorously SAY he opposes global terror or possesses real unconditional patriotism, but it will LOOK LIKE HE DOES, because of all the razzle-dazzle and hype.

I agree with the ex-seal caller who told Rush that he thinks Obama was forced to make the call.....because of the possibility it would be leaked that he had the chance and didn’t take it....he would never get reelected.
