wow... even I expected him to get a bounce into the mid 50’s !
If he doesn't get ANY bounce from this... it's all over for the zero.

The only bounce I want to see is the bodies on the floor of that compound that bin Laden et. al. lived in for 5-6 years. Hopefully, DEVGRU cameras will be not only gun mounted, but helmet mouned widescreen.

It gives me faith in our fellow citizens! They recognize that, although he deserves some credit for following through and allowing the capture to happen, most of the credit should go to Bush and the people who actually executed the plan. Also, no matter what 0bama does, he cannot make up for his dismal and destructive record as the worst president ever.
Next time, lets not have a Marxist in the White House.

Hmmm...
I’ve heard of a ‘dead cat bounce’ but apparently there is no ‘dead Osama bounce’.

This incident will probably help him with his Trump problem(which was a distraction anyway), but it wont help him with the economy, gas prices or the deficits.

I think more people are impressed by what SEALS did than Obama’s role. I mean, give credit where credit is due, but Obama just gave the order. It really is a no brainer. If it ever came out that we KNEW where Bin Laden was, and did nothing, then Obama would be toast. And besides, it gave him a chance to knock the Royal Wedding out of the headlines.

You would have to be pretty damn stupid to think that Obama won’t get a bounce from this “news”.

Obama has no credibility...
things like this is why...
A series of top-secret briefings at the White House on Sunday afternoon conveyed, with rising certainty, news of the operations success. At 7:01 pm, the president was told there was a high probability that bin Laden was dead.
—We’ve seen the alleged pictures of them watching in ‘real time’ the raid that allegedly killed bin Laden..yet Obama had to be informed it was a ‘high probability’ bin laden was dead...
I call BS.

Obama taking credit for the Osama killing is like Mayor Bloomberg taking credit for the drop in violence in Shall Issue CCW states. Disgusting.

From yesterday's Daily Presidential Tracking Poll on Rasmussen (the most recent one currently posted on Rasmussen):
"Americans today are celebrating the news that Osama bin Laden is dead. The update on the presidents Job Approval ratings is based upon interviews completed before that news was released. President Obamas ratings have remained remarkably steady over the past 18 months through a whole series of major news events."
The only other Rasmussen headline is that Obama's one month approval has remained "steady".
I'm sorry, but Drudge headlines just aren't a very reliable source these days.

Obama was in his golf shoes in the Sitch Room (this is what AP is reporting) when this was all going down.
Imagine Bush in his golf shoes and attire while this was going down? Please!

Of course he will get a bounce, and it will be substantial. It will vanish over a month or tow, but he’ll get at least a 10 point improvement in his numbers, possibly more, in the next few days.

Not surprised.
I finally figured out what really bothers me about him, besides his Marxist ideas. He's completely disingenuous...a robot of sorts.
Every person I know that has vivid memories of 9/11, Republican/Democrat, Conservative/Liberal has some kind of emotional reaction to it. No matter what the reaction is. There's something. When Bush stood at Ground Zero in nothing but some Wranglers and a rain jacket holding that megaphone, he was just one of us. A normal guy as pissed off and emotionally charged as us. And what that said was 'I'm not behind you, I'm not ahead you...I'm with you.' No suit, no tie, no podium, no teleprompter...just a man speaking from the heart and encouraging and comforting us. Letting us know we aren't alone and we shouldn't apologize as though our virtues and beliefs are wrong.
The biggest terrorist-related news in 9 years, a moment anyone who has read a newspaper in the past 10 years would have an emotional reaction to, Obama stood up there like he was calling bingo numbers. Nothing. Not a smile, not a steady stare, not a head nod. Just a speech. Another empty, egotistical speech, read from a teleprompter and delivered with little to no manner or gesture.
He gets more emotional over NBA playoff games.
If he's truly "one of us", as his birth certificate states, you would think his "home land" being attacked and catching the monster who did it, would warrant something more than what he gave.
He absolutely disgusts me. And all it says to me is that either he's as anti-American as Bin Laden was or the whole thing is fake and he's scared of giving himself away.

The one good thing that Obama has done cannot make up for all the harm he has done otherwise.
I am just going to go ahead and say this...All these people want to give credit where credit is due. That’s fine. I will as well. However, ANY president would have made the same choice I’m certain with the intel they had. It is the intelligence agencies and the military that deserve the credit, not Obama for making a “call”.
Obama is opportunist above all else. His motivation for getting this right is more to do with how it would help HIM not help his country. Of that I am convinced.
