Newly released immigration documents indicate Obama Sr. was 2 years older

Overshadowed by reaction to the release of Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate was the unearthing of half-century-old files that cast doubt on whether the age of the president's father indicated on the Hawaii document is accurate.

The applications, memos and other documents from the Immigration and Naturalization Service acquired in a Freedom of Information Act request by Heather Smathers of the Arizona Independent – which indicate Barack Obama Sr. would have been 27 at the time of his son's birth, not 25 – also suggest that the president's father did not leave the islands from the time of his August 1959 arrival until he departed for graduate studies at Harvard in June 1962.

This was during the days of segregation. In view of the historical context here, Obama’s lack of desire to list Obama as his child could also be explained the fact that a black man having a child with a white women at the time was actually illegal in many states under segregationist laws. There was even a formal legal term for this offense.

Obama could have been arrested and put in jail for this. As a foreign visitor, he almost certainly would have been deported back to Kenya. The documents show that he was de facto deported and his indiscretions with various women were at least part of the reason

Curiously, on an Aug. 17, 1962, application to extend his visa, Obama Sr. filled in a line asking him to list the names and addresses of children. The only child he listed was Roy Obama, a son from his Kenyan wife, Kezia. At that time, Barack Obama Jr. was 1 year old.

I would think that having a American wife and son would work to Obama's Sr. advantage in having his visa extended. So why he didn't list them on his visa application?

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1878 that plurality of wives (polygamy), as originally permitted by the Mormon religion, violated criminal law and was not defensible as an exercise of religious liberty. All 50 states have statutes against bigamy. In most states, bigamy is a felony.

If a man celebrates his first marriage under the African Christian Marriage and Divorce Act, the Marriage Act or the Hindu Marriage and Divorce Act, he becomes a bigamist -- a criminal -- if he marries another woman or women unless the first marriage is legally dissolved. Section 171 of the Penal Code provides for imprisonment for five years, while Section 42 of the Marriage Act provides for imprisonment "not exceeding five years".

That is not the Long Form Birth Certificate(though it may be a COLB).

It is another walk up document. The original COLB was the type you can purchase and receive the same day.

For 3+ years we have heard from everybody, including a protective media, that there is no other document.

That is the only one Hawaii provides.

Well now they have proven that just isn’t so and validated part of Hawaii Statute 318 in the process.

The document Mubarak proffered this week is one you can request and it normally takes 10 days to receive it.

They are “Data Points” and the document “IS NOT” a copy of the original Long Form Birth Certificate.

I want to see the Birth Certificate he found among his mother’s belongings, the one his mother submitted for his entrance into the school system and the one he used to obtain his passport.

He has all three available to him and in his possession.

I want to see the Birth Certificate he found among his mother’s belongings, the one his mother submitted for his entrance into the school system and the one he used to obtain his passport.

I'd also like to see the one he found back before that book of "Dreams" was written.

I would also like to see the various documents that he used to obtain his various passports (including the forgeries), as well as each of the passports that he obtained from whatever countries he received them from. I would also like to know each of the countries that he has been a citizen of throughout his life and when he relinquished his citizenship from each of those countries.

I would also like to see copies of his social security number applications, school records, transcripts and financial aid documents, because we know for a fact that there is absolutley no record of any student loans on his income tax records.

Is that a part of Barack, Jr father's dream (or whatever his books are called)? Is Barack, Junior so wanting to destroy America a sublimation of Stanley's and Barack, Junior's abandonment? Somebody (s) surely was hurt greatly when Barack, Senior took a hike away from Stanley and Junior. Somebody(s) probably carried hurt for a long time...and now we are paying for it, IMHO. Yes...the release of the long form BC and the FOIA information about Obama’s maybe father raises more questions then answers; yet the MSM has already called these questions a dead issue.
