Subject Told Mrs McCabe that in Kenya all that is necessary to be divorced is to tell the wife that she is divorced and that constitutes a legal divorce. Subject claims to have been divorced from his wife in Kenya in this method.
Recommend that Subject be closely questioned before another extension is granted - and denial be considered. If his USC wife tries to petition for him make sure an investigation is conducted as to the bone-fide of the marriage.
I guess this explains why he didn’t attempt to get a green card. They must have let it be know to him that his marriage status would be investigated.

From a FOIA release Stanley went to the Philippines for one week in 1986.
On one of his applications, he left marital status blank.
