If that interpretation is to change, it is the SCOTUS who is supposed to change it, or the Congress through the Amendment process, not a Dual Subject of the Crown, Indonesia, or Kenya.

I just love these articles and all the hand-wringing by some of the pundits. I think remember these a few weeks before the historic, blowout as* kicking in 2010. These are liberal trolls who love to be quoted by more than willing liberal columnists and pundits. Kinda of an echo chamber for the brain-dead. Like some guy who is umemployed and hanging on for dear life would vote for Obama because some Republican meanie actually questioned his birth certificate, oh the horror. This is right out the DNC playbook to feign outrage and then yourself be outrageous and provocative. Trump really rattled their cages cause he went right at the Krauthammers, Rich Lowreys and the Carl Roves. The guys who just love Queensberry rules and letting the enemy set the terms of battle. I want Obama angry, petulant, distracted and depressed. I want every stone unturned, every scandal exposed, his wife and kids included. His kids cheats in Math class I want to know about and all over the front page the parenting these two degenerates are responsible for. Rove and company need to read Art of War, one of the key aspects of beating an enemy is upsetting him and making him irrational. I want Obama utterly destroyed and broken...only then can he have the epiphany and real change.

My #1 litmus test is the debt ceiling, above all else. The time to nibble around the edges with meaningless budget efforts that will take 10,20, or more years to produce any results is long over.
I would vote for any candidate of any party that pledges to VETO any bill that extends the debt ceiling. But I already know we won’t ever see a candidate that will do this, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be sitting out the 2012 elections. It doesn’t really matter if Obama gets reelected if we have Congress willing to extend the debt ceiling to infinity and beyond.

US Native born [based on his being born here in Hawaii, his father's foreign citizenship keeps him from being a natural born citizen]
British [based on his father's citizenship and which would have become Kenyan shortly after his birth]

The more pertinent question, IMHO, is which one he chose when he entered college, because that would be the one he would be considered both legally and lawfully for the rest of his life.
He supposedly registered as a foreign citizen and got government loans based on that status, but I've never seen much evidence of it.

If the GOP cares at all about winning (which I’m beginning to wonder if they do), this issue will be dead in the water by next year. If gas prices reach $5 to $6 dollars a gallon, the economy is still in a slump, jobs are hard to find, houses can’t be sold and keep losing value, prices of necessary items keeps climbing, then the GOP would be fools NOT to hang that albatross around 0bama’s neck! 0bama was supposed to make things better after the “evil” Bush years and he has only made things worse. Hussein is NOT a “natural born citizen. PERIOD. Natural born requires 2 parents born on U.S. soil and a CHILD born on U.S. soil. Hussein’s father was born in Kenya, disqualifying The Chosen One as president. But...don’t expect those rock ribbed, super-courageous Republican party elites to raise the issue. I will type s-l-o-w-l-y just for you.
1) Obama hiding his records, his legislation even his identity if played right makes him look like the reptile he is. Americans will despise him for pulling a Nixon and only releasing one of his records while obfuscating the rest of the corpus of his life.
2) If the Republicans showed a deep appreciation and respect for the Constitution as it is written, the blessings of liberty it has facilitated and honor for the men who signed it, the dismissive attitude of the Democrat party would by contrast make them look like the spoiled brats that they indeed are.
3) An investigation into the background of Obama will distract him from his agenda, yield data about his radical past and likely demonstrate the entire democrat party as willing to ignore the Constitution for their own acquisition of power.
4) Elections are won by an energized base, never are they won by appeasing the opponent. You want the undecided vote, appeal to them on your commitment, vision and passion.
5) The birth certificate is but one document that was hidden (and may demonstrate that the certification of live birth was a fraud) pressure to keep more documents flowing will keep Obama on the defensive, where he shows himself to be most undisciplined, reckless, angry, spoiled and hateful. An angry defensive Obama can not win reelection, unless the republicans listen to their craven political advisers.
