Immigration documents about President Barack Obama's Kenyan father, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., obtained by the Arizona Independent show that Obama senior was an illegal alien for a time after over staying his student visa while at Harvard.
Documents show that Obama, Sr. was denied an extension on his student visa in July, 1964, in part because Harvard University, where Obama, Sr., was a Ph.D. candidate, sought his removal. Obama Sr. eventually left the United States willingly after becoming an illegal alien for remaining in the country past the expiration of his visa.
An INS investigator, M.F. McKeon, wrote “They (Harvard officials) weren’t very impressed with him and asked us to hold up action on his application until they decided what action they could take in order to get rid of him. They were apparently having difficulty with his financial arrangements and couldn’t seem to figure out how many wives he had.”
Documents show that Harvard officials considered Obama, Sr. to be a “slippery character,” and conspired with the INS to have him deported.
The article does not state for how long Obama senior was an illegal alien.
Disrespect for our nation's immigration laws runs in the Obama family. Last year, a half-sister of Obama's father, Zeituni Onyango, was granted asylum after living illegally in the United States for several years after initially being denied political asylum. Onyango went on the lam after she was exposed as an illegal alien weeks before the 2008 presidential election. She was granted asylum after her nephew became president. Obama claimed he did not know his aunt was an illegal alien.
The AP reported that Obama was meeting today with Latino entertainers and media figures "to discuss the importance of fixing the broken immigration system."
The AP reported Obama's goal is "to overhaul the nation's immigration system to provide a path to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants."

It’s interesting too that when he married Ann Dunham, he was still married to his first wife, Kezia who was back in Kenya-pregnant. More interesting yet is that Kezia, supposedly, gave her consent for Barack Obama Sr. to take a second wife in keeping with their customs.

The mothers address on the BC doesn't match this one, did Barack Sr. live with them, or not? Did they move that soon, etc.?
Don't get me wrong. I very strongly Congress should hold his feet to the fire and require he provide proof positive of his eligibility to hold the office. Period. Regardless of his competence or popularity it would appear he is in violation of one of the few outright demands the Constitution makes on those who hold office. They can shirk their duties, drive us to the brink of financial destruction, involve us in all sorts of, if not illegal, certainly ill-considered wars, appoint czars without any constitutional authority to do so, and on and on. But ONE thing the Constitution says very clearly is they must be a ‘natural born citizen’ and that should be looked into long before a candidate has proven beyond a doubt that he is totally unfit for the office.
Either the Constitution means what it says or it doesn't. If it's the latter then we are done for as a great nation.
I am afraid at this point I am going to need DNA testing to conclude who the father is.
WND previously reported that in a May 1962 letter written to his patron Tom Mboya in Kenya, Obama listed his address as 1482 Alencastre Street in Honolulu, a street in the St. Louis Heights area of Honolulu adjoining the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
At the time Obama was living on Alencastre Street in Honolulu, Dunham living with her infant son in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle at 516 13th Avenue East, Apartment 2.

My dear God don’t say that or you will bring down the wrath of a few posters here who will bring up 150 year old court cases on different subjects ‘proving’ that those of us who believe that things like ‘intent’ and clearly written constitutional language don’t have any bearing whatsoever.
In other words, the framers didn’t mean what they said or wrote. Shame on you for thinking they did. After all, some here know better.

I read the immigration file on Obama’s father earlier today, and it also has information he was pursuing a 3RD woman, lol.

I'm more concerned about how slippery the slope is that this eligibility thing has put us on. Regardless of whether Obama is or is not an American citizen, he is the least American President that we have ever had and it's only a matter of time before the Democrats run an even less American President. Furthermore, his personal history has so many holes in it and he has gone to such extreme lengths to hide those holes that a reasonable man can not help but speculate that something is being hidden.
If someone lies this much, how can anyone believe anything he says? Who believes the MSM anymore? They also enjoy promoting more and more lies.
