4:00 AM Live media feed begins.

5:10 AM Wills and and best man Prince Harry first to leave Clarence House for Abbey. Charles and Camilla leave. Clarence House is Charles, Camilla, sons' home. Built 1825-27 for William IV. William and Kate's London home after marriage.

5:40 AM Queen and Prince leave Buckingham Palace---built in 1702 by request of Duke of Buckingham. Queen Victoria was first sovereign resident in 1837. Ballroom---site of the reception---is 120' long

5:51 AM Kate and dad leave Goring Hotel in 1950 Rolls Royce Phantom IV---auto attacked with Charles and Camilla inside. Five-star Goring Hotel is fave of Queen and Queen Mother; operated by same family since 1910.

6:00 AM Wedding begins. Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams performs ceremony. Right Rev Richard Chartres, Bishop of London gives address. Services conducted by Dean of Westminster, the very Rev John Hall.Abbey has hosted 15 royal weddings including Prince William's grandmother and great grandmother.

7:15 AM Couple rides back to the palace for reception in open 1902 state landau carriage (weather permitting).

8:45 AM Lunchtime reception for 600 guests hosted by Queen --- served on solid gold dinnerware with gold cutlery. Queen makes champagne toast.

10:30 AM Couple leaves for St James Palace to change for evening reception.

2:00 AM Reception and dinner for 300 guests. Nightclub disco scene with 80's theme til dawn, planned by Pippa, Kate's sister/maid of honor.

It is fun!

We are setting alarm for 4 am. We're nuts. We have the tea-but no cookies. bummer.

Somewhere in England, trying to sleep, a young woman is about to become a princess with all of the duties that will bring. NO longer a commoner-but a part of the royal legacy tomorrow (or today, if in England!) ( Those duties were never listed in the fairy tales, lol)

And likewise a prince, tomorrow, is going to be making his bride a princess and a future queen, as well. Just imagine what is swirling around in their minds.

But I already love them because they had the good sense to invite those they REALLY WANTED to attend. That, of course, excluded the uhbamas.

If they were going, I might not have even wanted to watch this event like I do right now. I know, that's pathetic. But whatchagonnado.

Spent the better part of a half hour reading what today held for the couple; the parade route tomorrow; hymns to be sung, the vows to be exchanged, etc.

Segment on TCL about an Indian couple who run a small grocery in the village from where Kate is from. Kate was in one day asked the mother what smelled so good and left with a container of curry and rice. A few days later Wills comes in. Now they are trying to find something to wear. He’w trying on a morning suit etc etc.... she a sarie.
