I keep posting the same question on different threads hoping someone will have the answer. Does anyone know who the Local Registrar was in Honolulu in August 1961? The reason I ask is the Local Registrar listed is different on Obama’s BC from the Nordyke BC, although, they were born at the same hospital only 7 days apart.
In the Kenyan Impostor’s book, he said he found a BC.
Why did he need a copy? Seems strange he didn’t have a BC.

1. If Obama personally requested a long form birth certificate from Hawaii officials in April 2011, does it mean that Obama did not have a copy of his long form birth certificate BEFORE he wrote to Hawaii in April 2011?
2. That is, why did Obama write to Hawaii to request a copy of his long form birth certificate in April 2011, if he already had one in his possession? Such a request seems strange to me.
3. What about the birth certificate that Obama wrote about in one his books? I think he wrote that he accidentally found it when it in his home when he was a teenager. I assume it was the long form. What happened to it? Did Obama lose it?
4. NOTE; June 2007: Date stamped on back of Obama's short form we see at the FactCheck website.
5. NOTE: April 2011: Date stamped on the front of Obama's long form birth certificate that Obama recently released to the public.

The "II" on this document is not a curiosity.
It's not to convince birthers. They won't vote for him, anyway.
It is because there are several states that are considering coming out with a birther law to get on the ballot. Obama is hoping this stops that movement. At any rate, he now has something that he can present as evidence if you don't look too close.
Finally, he needs to distract from the high oil prices and the graph that was dug up yesterday showing the oil price spike and immediate fall when Bush opened up oil drilling in the Gulf. That is a damning graph.

“THIS CERTIFIES THAT THE ABOVE IS A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECORD ON FILE IN THE RESEARCH, PLANNING AND STATISTICS OFFICE
HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH”
Instead Obama’s has Onaka’s signature stamp indicating that it may also be an ABSTRACT.

When the Nordyke COLB was requested, the language regarding being a true and correct copy was probably added by the machine that printed the copy. There would be no reason for the film template in the machine to say "copy or abstract" since the machine would not be printing anything but copies. By contrast, today's practice is to print abstracts most of the time, but to print copies on occasion, and to mark each copy or abstract with a stamp. It's having one stamp for "copy or abstract" makes more sense than having one stamp for copies and one for abstracts, especially when it should be obvious whether any given document is a copy or abstract.

When is it appropriate to use 'Junior' versus 'II'?
Junior is used to distinguish a son with the same name as his father. The following conditions apply:
1.The Junior must be a son of the father, not a grandson.
2.The names must be exactly the same, including the middle name.
3.The father must still be living.
'II' is used whenever any close relative, including for example a grandfather or a great-uncle, shares the same name as the child.
You can produce internet links all day. I am living proof that you can be named exactly after your father and still be “II”.
