What’s not plausible is that the government spent all this time manufacturing Obama’s birth certificate only to commit the laughably rookie mistake of exporting the layers from Photoshop, or whatever photo editing software they are meant to have used. It’s likely that whoever scanned the birth certificate in Hawaii forgot to turn off the OCR setting on the scanner. Let’s leave it at that.

Whoa, this is more than "bias" OR "activism".

One wonders if the WH just might have had a hand in writing this copy.

Even a simple negative reversal has no layers. So why was it necessary to alter the information with layers?

He is still the resident in the WH as far as I'm concerned.

Here is some info on how/why .pdf scanned docs will have layers. There are two reasons, OCR- Optical Character Recognition and MRC- Mixed Raster Content. The former explains the text layers, the latter explains the image itself broken into layers as well as what some call the “white out” look. There are even image samples in the second link that are almost exact mirror images of that “white out” effect.

I suggest studying these before continuing this line of ‘proof’ regarding the layers.

Our analysis of the latest controversy: The original birth certificate was probably in a ‘negative’ form, and someone at the White House took it upon themselves to doctor it up so the form can be readable.

This makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AT ALL!

According to their letter, the WH requested two copies of the document; and then Hawaii supplied something. If the thing they supplied was a negative image, and printed on safety paper, then the color of the safety paper would no longer have been green.

The fact is that the WH image looks a lot like the Booth BC image recently circulated. This was also a natural image printed on safety paper. I doubt the Booth BC image was manipulated from a negative.

What if it is deliberate?

I'm no expert on the issues brought up by others regarding "layers' and other inconsistencies in the document. But if true, they are too "amateurish" for someone with the resources of the White House behind them.

So, my question is what if these artifacts are deliberate? The White House has to know the document is going to get intense scrutiny and these things will be revealed.

Perhaps this was done intentionally to keep the controversy alive, the media continuing to ridicule the "birthers" and elements of the Republican party divided.

Sean Hannity was challenged today on the law surrounding NATURAL BORN CITIZEN... and obama’s momma was not 21 years of age and was not inside of the US for the past five years and his father was a British citizen, so he does not qualify for the office of president. Sean said, “look... regardless... Conservatives need to defeat him at the ballot box and not try to have him removed from office”. Well that is the bottom line here folks.

obama will never be removed from office because boehner is a coward... the entire leadership of the republican party are cowards... and Justice Thomas let it be known that the SCOTUS was not about to overturn an election because of the serious ramifications of doing so... IOW politics is far more important to the republican party than the rule of law and the words of our Constitution and their meaning.

I say call him a liar and beat him with this and every other issue that calls obama’s character into question and also hammer him on his failed agenda, his spending us into destruction and his marxist/sharia plans for America.
