The birth certificate has only EVER been a smoke screen. The REAL issue is the fact he is British. There is a legal Divorce decree. As far as it goes, the LEGAL evidence so far presented is that S. Ann and Sr. were married. Now, it is up to Obama to PROVE that his parents were in a bigamous relationship, and therefor not legally married, so he is a legal Bastard and ONLY inherited his mother’s citizenship. Otherwise, the only LEGAL document we know of shows that they WERE married.
That is the issue now Rummy. The long Form has been presented. At this point, it LOOKS from the Picture to be legit. Trump and you are correct, that should be VERIFIED because we just do not trust this un-American Cretin to tell the truth about anything.

Do you realize that immigration law is full of people who do all sorts of things...including tribal marriages and then going on to marry someone else and it not being legal.
There is a reason why there is so much info on this topic when it comes to British law . They address this more in British law than American law because of some many places under British reign that allowed Tribal marriages.
