Do you realize that immigration law is full of people who do all sorts of things...including tribal marriages and then going on to marry someone else and it not being legal.
There is a reason why there is so much info on this topic when it comes to British law . They address this more in British law than American law because of some many places under British reign that allowed Tribal marriages.
Obama WAS NOT A BRITISH CITIZEN if SR was already married.
PS...you might want to look at what would have had to happen for him to actually gain British citizen if Born in the US
