Certainly.

When you open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator and release the clipping mask, several items are separate from the rest of the form, almost like a layer on top of the document. The items are:

1. Date Accepted by Local Reg.
2. Date Accepted by Reg. General
3. The date "APR 25 2011"
4. A "placeholder" for a square graphic above "Apr. 25, 2011"
5> The entire statement of certification and signature in the bottom right hand corner.

In fact, I can isolate those elements and move them anywhere on the document.

PDF conversion of a scanned document usually does not do this...or at least this with specific blocks of important items on a document.

Look at how he flushed out Obama on the BC.

Or so it seems. From a purely PR / media standpoint it could be a smart move by the Obama camp to release the thing NOW: Namely as to elevate Trump. Obama has a problem with candidates like Romney (again, this is from a media perception standpoint, not a conservative one), who make him look like a schoolboy. But Trump? I guess Obama reckons he's got a shot against the combover, because after you've tangoed with Gary Busey, even Obama looks presidential in comparison.

I don’t know the legal definitions, but this document was the “longest” of all the forms released by White House today. The other one was the well known COLB.

Hey did you notice how different the “R” is compared to the rest of the letters when you use the “Marquee Zoom”?

For instance, when viewing in “Marquee Zoom” every other letter except the “R”, has some sort of point/block. Just zoom in and use the wheel on your mouse. Anyone can clearly see this.

But, who knows how the race of Black was listed in Hawaii BCs at the time.
In Hawaii, there are very few Black people, except in the military.
It could just be a quirk.
However,the more I look at it, those white spaces sure look suspicious.
I am hoping it is a fake,and Obama gets ousted as a frauster.

Copy posted at Newsmax looks pristine. If this is the ‘original’, or a certified copy thereof, then the father listed is not a citizen of the USA. Therefore, Jr not a natural born citizen.

You may be right but it doesn’t matter anymore. Trump - fool that he is - framed the debate in context of BC instead of a debate as to what a NBC is. So the matter is now closed. Trump was helpful in getting BC out but unfortunately he was not smart enough to understand the NBC questions. So its over now. The public thinks NBC is tioed only to birth location. Sad.
