Manhattan real estate mogul Donald Trump suggested in an interview Monday that President Barack Obama had been a poor student who did not deserve to be admitted to the Ivy League universities he attended. Trump, who is mulling a bid for the Republican presidential nomination, offered no proof for his claim but said he would continue to press the matter as he has the legitimacy of the president's birth certificate.
"I heard he was a terrible student, terrible. How does a bad student go to Columbia and then to Harvard?" Trump said in an interview with The Associated Press. "I'm thinking about it, I'm certainly looking into it. Let him show his records."
Obama graduated from Columbia University in New York in 1983 with a degree in political science after transferring from Occidental College in California. He went on to Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude 1991 and was the first black president of the Harvard Law Review.
Obama's 2008 campaign did not release his college transcripts, and in his best-selling memoir, "Dreams From My Father," Obama indicated he hadn't always been an academic star. Trump told the AP that Obama's refusal to release his college grades were part of a pattern of concealing information about himself.
"I have friends who have smart sons with great marks, great boards, great everything and they can't get into Harvard," Trump said. "We don't know a thing about this guy. There are a lot of questions that are unanswered about our president.

The selection process for Harvard Law Review President had been "democratized" by the time Obama went there. It was a beauty contest won by popular vote, not by achievement. Obama never published anything of significance in the Harvard Law Review.
These are the reasons Obama fights so hard to hide his academic records. They would scream "Affirmative Action Baby."

On who paid for Zero’s education. I have read in several articles that he was paid by the Saudi’s, and a generous gift was made to Harvard to ensure he got his degree ($10 million, IIRC). This may explain why nobody remembers him - he probably never had to attend a class.

I’m with you. Trump seems to be doing what a good lawyer does with witnesses: never ask a question if you don’t already know the answer. But anecdotally, Obama has nver impressed me as as a scholarly man. Compare his speeches with Woodrow Wilson’s, or Coolidge’s for that matter. Wilson’s are brilliant, Coolidge’s more pedestrian. But each shows the deth of a good education. His do not. They are showy and shallow,

I think that’s a lot of the reason the MSM is pushing the BS so hard. Once people wake up to that realization, they are done. Their whole propaganda campaign falls apart.

Many Ivy graduates are designing your planes, and weapons, and bank systems, and Dr-ing, and researching, etc etc etc.
You are confusing - or allowing yourself to be confused - the liberal arts colleges with the technical degrees.
Thus - Obama is Poli Sci major. Me - and my friends - are engineers and Drs. And we will be glad to stand up for Ms Coulter (Cornell ‘84) as well.
President George W. Bush had a SAT combined of 1214. That would get him into Cal Tech, in the top half of the class.
